Well, I read alot of awful comments on CPS....I have to admit I've missed a few payments from time to time. I have received harassing phone calls and they did somehow track down my work number...I still don't know how they did that. I see alot of complaints about repossessions and crazy calls after 1 month...maybe im a lucky one...The first time i was late I called and spoke to a lady named georgia who simpy omitted my payment that month and advised me she waived the month and for me to start up again next month...that helped alot.....The 2nd time I didn't have it was about 2 years later...Somehow I had missed about $250 from a payment....they reversed $165 in late fees to help me catch up. One thing i can recommend is DONT BE LATE! their late fees are ridiculous, that $250 i missed from a payment accumulated $400 in late fees over 32 days.....After i get caught up though I do think im going to go head to head with them, something seems off in my loan....after 3 years of payments of $360 a month ive only knocked off $2967 on my principle...$12,960 paid and $2967 has dropped on my principle,,,,thats wrong somewhere
