CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICES - MS.RODRIGUEZ - MS.HARRIS AND OTHERS HARASSMENT SLANDER GIVING OUT MY PERSONAL INFO WITHOUT APPROVAL PHOENIX Arizona

i purchased a 2007 (new) suzuki forenza in november of 2007. i was going through a divorce and at the time my credit was ok but my ex husband was filing bankrupsy so there were things on my credit report that were pending to come off. i ended up being financed through credit portfolio services and from the start even from the dealer it was a nightmare.

my first payment was late because of paperwork errors at the dealership so right off the company started to harass me. after months went by of me making payments on time, i became ill and was in and out of work for several months and had very little income. i was making payments, just late. this company started calling me up to 10 times a day leaving nasty messages not only on my phone, but people I used as references. some that i work with but did not need to know my whole entire financial history.

cps told them i was avoiding them, i was not making my payments, how far behind i was, they were the repo depatment and all kinds of other degrading info. on one conversation after i had just started back to work, the guy told me to go get a payday loan right now and make my payment tomorrow would be to late, said i needed to get up off my lazy butt and get a real job.

i hung up because of the harassment and when i called back the person answered the phone started yelling don't you hang up on me again. not hello or anything, they wouldnt give me there name.

i have had ms rodriguez in the florida office tell me the same thing, yelling, not letting me speak,faxing personal info about my account to a fax machine at the hospital where i work, not in my office but a department i don't work in, calling my supervisors phone and leaving messages about me and my loan. i call back to a ms harris and ms rodriguez will not transfer me until she has degraded me, yelled at me and told me she was going to repo my car.

it has been a total nightmare and i have had my name slandered at work because of the faxes and phone calls. my boss has called me while sick at home thinking i was not calling them back. my boyfriend has saved harassing messages on his phone that have been left with my loan info and how much i owe on it. my boyfriend threatend to sue them for harassing him. people i used as references know all my business and are being harassed by them. i am to the point now that if they want to repo the car they can because i am tired of dealing with them. if i had the money i would sue them myself but i dont. dont do any business with them unless you want your life interrupted. they start calling if your payment is not there on the day it is due. someone please help me with this company!
