the internet

AUTHOR: M.k.z. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 13, 2008

while your internet complaints may contain only a small percentage of your business, im sure there is a HUGE/LARGE/GIGANTIC portion that don't go on the internet to complain.

rating your company by the bbb's standards is not a good way to show people how legitimate you are. in comparison, time warner cable division has 466 complaints in the last 3 years and that company sucks more than any other. ask anyone who has TWC, their service is horrible as is customer service. but they have been around longer than continental warranty, have far more clients than continental warranty, yet their ratio is better.... hmmmm sounds like the best company to go with! NOT.

Or there is Toyota Financial Services which has only 41 complaints on the BBB. And lets be real, toyota sells more cars than continental warranty and time warner cable combined sell their products. so only 41 complaints, must be a great company. PULEAZE. You know there are 100000000000000000000000000000 angry customers who just dont know about the bbb or complaining on the internet or they just dont care.

another thing i wanted to edu-mu-kate you on lonnie is your companies DOB. you keep mentioning 15 years 20 years and so on. I would think someone with your experience in the company would no better... mcg has been around for a bulk amount of the time. continental warranty has only been in business since say, 2001? mcg is the corp, continental is the dba. YIKES!

Solution for MKZ's problem

AUTHOR: Lonnie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 12, 2008

We as a company deal with cancellations, its part of the business. If our cancellation process in any way resembled the sarcastic view point of the very mature "anti continental spokesperson" MKZ we would have been shut down over fifteen years ago as a business.

I know someone reading one of the 109 complaints that we have had on Ripoffreport.com would think WOW thats a lot of complaints. Lets analyze it, the first complaint was over 41/2 years ago. So we deal with at least 1,000 clients a day as a business, we sell anywhere from 100-250 a day. If you follow the math on this, that means we probably can have 10-50 people a day who cancel or file a claim against are plan.

Lets say 300 working days a year thats a minimum of 5,000 and as high as 20,000 people who use our service and cancel or transfer plans a year. I think 60% of the complaints on this sight are NON-Customers or ex-employees who are bad mouthing us as a sales force, not our product. So lets say 40 people in 4 1/2 years have either had a claim denied or cancelled and had a little bit longer than expected refund times, of course usually the longest delays are customers who pay by check or debit.

Read this and tell me how a reasonable person (Not MKZ a AOL CHATROOM person trying to make hate emails on our company.) But a reasonable person would assume we are a rip off.

We have great ratings with the BBB, and are registered to sell our products in all 50 states. If we were a scam or a ripoff we would have lost an insurance license or an A.G. would have banned us from their state. That hasn't happened in 20 years and it isn't going to happen because the truth is our clients are very satisfied with our product.

Anyone having trouble obtaining a refund, or having questions on their policy or have a comment on our company please email me at lpitts@continentalwarranty.net

or call 1-866-989-9100 Extension 1620

Here is the Continental Warranty method of getting your money back:

A) Request it the way you originally told
B) Wait six weeks to get nothing back
C) Call and complain and no one does anything to help the situation
D) Complain on Ripoffreport and wait for Lonnie to offer the help that was never given
E) Call Lonnie and try and get his help

SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
