Coopervision I NEVER recieved my $30 rebate on my contact lenses Miami Florida

Back in the beginning of February, I purchased $300 Biofinity lenses for a year. I recieved a coupon for a $30 rebate. I cut out all the coded on the boxes and enclosed them with a copy of my reciept with the properly filled out application from Coopervision.

I just recieved a card in the mail stating that the "initial purchase date" was incorrect and there was an "invalid postmark date". What the heck does that mean.

I tried to call them and could not get in touch with anyone. The purchase date is the date and I have no idea what the Postmark date means... It was sent when it was sent.
