Submitted forms, receipts and end panels to obtain $50.00 rebate. Coopervision claims they never received the end panels and deemed my rebate invalid. Requested me to send the end panels.....that were already submitted.
Will not play their games anymore. I'll go back to (((competitor's name redacted))).
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. I am sure that this is some type of scam so that the company does not have to make good on their great rebate program. I had the same experience and called the customer service number to no avail. I KNOW that I sent ALL the required end panels in the envelope that I sent the rebate submission form as well as my receipt!! I am very upset that I have not received my $45.00 rebate, and that I have to deal with this nonsense.
