Copart All Sales Are Not Final Online Nationwide

Lot # 20277724, 2012 ASSM Harley, No reserve is listed and it is sold with warning "This vehical is being sold as is, where is, and all bids are binding and all sales are final"

I was the highest prebidder, I won this auction on the live auction; it even yells over the computer "Sold, to the highest bidder" only to come back to my home back and instead of the $4550 bid I placed, the owner now will accept noting less the $10k.  No where in the listing is there any thing about the having a $10k reserve. I get online and find that this is at least the 3rd auction its been through and is listed on 4 other auction sites.  I contact Copart and they say that "The seller always has the right not to sell to you"...I state, "Then why have an auction?"  The stated "its the way it is, any thing else I can help you with ?"

Copart is creating a platform for fraudelent sellers.
