Copper.net may be inexpensive, and offer free tech support, however this support is a joke! I tried to get tech support, and talked to 8 techs before they finally referred me to "tier 2" support, who didn't help me either!!!!!

I wrote an email to the administrator of my frustration!
Just wanted to let everyone know what POOR tech support copper.net has---don't be fooled by the low price!!
