Coral Resorts Hilton Head Island Development Company LIES LIES LIES about what you are purchasing hilton head island South Carolina

My wife and i willingly agreed to take the timeshare tour, as we are already time share owners, as we visited South Carolina in summer of 2016.

We were repeated lied to by the salemen (2, i will post their names later as i do not have them at the moment) regarding what their 33,000 (annual) points would provide for us. We were adamantly told that 11,000 points (maximum) would put us in their timeshare or any other of RC's resorts the world over anytime of the year. We were also told that since we were currently Diamond Resort owner we would have first pick of inventory over most everyone else so availabiltiy should seldom be a problem. (we have owned time share for more than 16 yrs now, we know that you dont always get availability easily)

We were not allowed to experience our access to our account or points for close to 60 days after we returned home (long after the time to give written notice of cancellation) Immediately we tried to book a week's vacation with the points we were allotted only to our dismay to find out that we could do little to nothing with 33,000 points! The very timeshare they sold us and told us would be no more than 11,000 point would now cost us 124,000!!!!!

They rushed us through the contract explaining away our questions and concerns painting a wonderful timeshare picture.

I call this the epitome of Theft by Deception!!! I have every intent to file against all that i can, including personal charges, until our monies are refunded in full.

If there are more individuals that have been treated the same way a class action lawsuit is in order.

What they are doing is CRIMINAL and should be prosecuted!
