Who ever heard of a company having their goods in their possession and it taking 4-6 wks for a refund?They took one week to process an order!!  My Halloween order will arrive on Nov 1st.  Great, how do I explain that to a child??  After a long long wait on the phont to speak to customer service, the representative actually came out and said that the flat rate shipping orders get pushed aside so that the priority orders can go first.  I would have paid the price for Priority if they had explained that it would not be recieved in time.  I placed my order and it was packing slipped by Oct 18, 2011 at 2:50 pm at Costume Craze.  They were rude on the phone.  I told them I did not want the order if it were after Halloween, what good will it do?  They then said it would be a $5.00 fee and also a 15% restocking fee.  On a $32 order, are you for real?  When I inquired how long it will take for a refund, they told me it would be 4 - 6 weeks.  That is totally unethical I said and I felt that it was totally illegal for them to have their items in their possession and to hold my money for 4-6 wks.  They told me it wasn't, that that is how long it takes.  I only asked because if it took them one week to fulfull an order, I wanted to know how long it would take for them to refund my monies!  I felt comfortable ordering from their site, as they stated that after an order is placed, you can not cancel it due to they are so quick at processing the order, that it can't be cancelled.  They continuously spoke of how quick and efficient their company is.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a 10 minute wait, one finally arrived and stated that if I feel like going to the Better Business Bureau or whatever else, do whatever I feel.  THIS COMPANY should not be able to sell on the internet.  They are absolutely horrible.  I have not received the items, so I can't describe what condition their items are, but after the many reviews I have read, I am not in any hurry to receive them.  It is very disappointing.  Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 

I also ordered from Frankel's Costume, Frankelcostume.com and received my order within three days.  The items were as described and I am very pleased.
