Costume Craze Defective Goods; No Refunds; No Customer Servie Lindon Utah

I ordered a costume from Costume Craze weeks before Halooween. It came in a disheveled package and was missing a part. After dozens of emails and calls, I finally got through at an "off hour."

They said they would deliver the missing part by expedited delivery. It never came. Thereafter, they refused to accept a return for a refund. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told one would call back. Never did.

I also sent about 30 emails to orders, sales, customer service, and the paypal@ costumecraze.com addresses. Not one reply.

There are a lot of costume providers on the internet. This may be the cheapest, but also the WORST. Please don't get burned by Costume Craze or costumecraze.com. Buy elsewhere!
