#1 UPDATE Employee
Warranty Issues Resolved
AUTHOR: Countyimports.com - ()
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, February 04, 2014
This customer did call us with some warranty issues after receving the unit. Our company waived the warranty terms of agreement that state the "machine MUST be assembled by a certified mechanic performing the required point Pre-Driving inspection for the warranty to be effective" and sent the part requested by the customer overnight free of charge. The customer reported that the manufacturer (all warranties are manufactrurer warranty only) sent the wrong part. We again contacted the manufacturer to have them send out the correct part overnight. Our company worked very hard to satisify this customer with the issues by overnighting parts free and trying to get things resolved during a 2 week holiday that the manufactuers took. After the steering issue was fixed the customer reported that the transmission had gone bad. After instructing the customer to take the unit to a certified machanic (as recommended in the terms for initial set up/Pre-driving insepection) it was found that it was simply a chain issue. We believe that we have gone above and beyond in helping this customer with the issues and we are more than willing to help with any other problems. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
