joe you are a joke you been there that long then you have to remember when debble was in there and how she used to  tell everyone how she would mess up someone paycheck call me out on this joe is there a way to put a voice message on here i love to post it so people could hear it call me out on this joe i still have it on my dispatcher buster 

I'm sure you've been lied to once or twice maybe more, I won't dispute that. However if you think it's going to be different at another company (trucking or not) your fooling yourself.

Payroll is NOT a joke, and I personally take offense to this. I know several of the payroll ladies who have helped me many times with problems, and getting things correct....

They owe you 20,000 in back pay?????? I'm playing my BS card on that one. Who in their right minds would EVER let a company fall that much behind on what they owe them......come on!

REMEMBER THIS...there are 3000 PLUS employees (in house and drivers) and only about 5 payroll ladies to do EVERYONE'S payroll......mistakes can and do happen, BUT if you call or email payroll about it they will fix it right away. I am an owner operator in this company, have been here about 6 years and it's always been this way. I've never had any problem getting items corrected.

Please give us some examples of how they did not pay you as advertised, as well as on what items you were double and triple charged for? Again did you contact payroll about the mistake?????? I'll bet not.....

Also the only ones I know of in this company who are "starving" are the ones who don't want to work.....Can't pick up or deliver on time, and always have some reason why they can't take a load....That would be on them, not the company.

I have a few questions for you

1. Are you filling out your trip sheets correctly?

2. Are you scanning them correctly?

3. (Would be) are you contacting payroll about the mistakes, but clearly your not....

4. Can you give me some detailed examples of your claims?

5.Debbie Henderson is the head of payroll and her door is ALWAYS OPEN if you have problems....Did you contact her? She used to be a driver by the way.....

6. Andy Vanzant Senior VP of operations sends messages to the truck every week that include his email address, and SPECFICALLY says to email him if you have any problems......Did you email him????

I'll bet anything that there is a whole lot to this story your not telling.....

Covenant Transport is not perfect by an means, but what company is???? They have made huge leaps and bound strides in the right direction though.....To call them criminals, and the prime example of what's wrong with trucking is just flat out BS.....I'll bet if we knew the WHOLE story you look even more shady then you try to make them seem.....just saying......
