I keep seing this excuse, why dont you hire more payroll people, surly ending the complaints warrants more individuals in payroll.   

Lets start with WHAT is covenants hotel, and layover policy.  I'm not even a company driver and I could tell you. They do pay for hotels IF it's BREAKDOWN releated, and an EXTENDED repair.  THAT DOES NOT mean if your truck is going to take 8 hours to fix you get a hotel.  Whats the layover policy????? Humor me and tell me.  

NOBODY "works" with payroll To overcharge you. Mistakes happen. There are 5 payroll ladies doing payroll for the entire company of 3000 plus employees.  All you have to do is call or email them if there is a mistake. It happens at EVERY company. "They have more loop holes in their lay system than Swiss cheese".......NAME SOME!!!!! Give me examples. 

How do THEY charge you for insurance and you don't have coverage?????  YOU CHOOSE to pay for insurance, and the insurance company and their policy's and coverages HAVE NOTHING to do with Covenant. I have NEVER had a problem getting my expenses paid back, and if they are forgotten a quick phone call or email gets it fixed. PERIOD!!!!
