Long story short. Hired the company to install the security system in our home. After few weeks the device stopped working. Reported it to the company and surprise, surprise we got a letter to upgrade our service or otherwise we had to pay more money to fix the device. So now we are stuck with paying $2000 for a useless device unless we shell out more Molah.

Now can anyone argue with me that this is not a rip off?

In other words, beware of this company.
