I bought a computer for $518 on July 16th. It was suppose to be shipped out on the 5th of August. E-mailed them quite a few times but it was forbidden, and I tried live chat and got nothing. Just wanted to find out when it suppose to be shipped out and when will the process be completed and yet I got nothing. I was charged the 518 out of my bank account, never receive any feedback nor the computer and now im pretty much screwed. I tried to cancel my order but I can't since all of my e-mails are forbidden. I have no idea what to do now but report this and I don't know if that will get my money back or not.

HERE IS A PHONE NUMBER OF A SUPOSSED MANAGER, 501-779-2460. THEY TOLD ME THER WERE IN A NEW BUILDING AND THE NEW LINES ARE NOT IN YET. BS. HOPE THIS HELPS
