Cpu-parts. INTERNATIONAL ripoff Little Rock Arkansas

I ordered a computer for 399.00 on September 3rd, 2004. At first on the shipping date it said it would be here on the 23rd. Before and after the so called shipping date, I e-mailed them weekly to check up on it. Every time I got the steps that the computer was on. It sat on step 7 for about 3 weeks, so I emailed them to ask what was going on with it, and they told me the reason it was running late was because they're were a few parts on back order, and they expected to have it finished, tested, then shipped off on Monday of next week, (which would've been Oct. 18th. It is now Oct. 28th, and still nothing.

I have tried numerous email attempts, and even tried calling the phone number on my bank statement, and nothing, of course. And now, when I try to go on their website, it says DOMAIN NAME NOT FOUND. So, now I have no way of getting a hold of them. I even blocked my debit card in fear of them trying to take more of our money. These people need to be stopped. I want my money back, and my computer. I think that's what I deserve after the hell they put me thru!! And before they try to rebut and make up excuses, Yes, I did ask for a refund, and my computer, by email.
