6 Months ago I purchased a $399.00 system which I never got delivered, and after many weeks of run around (and after I reported them to the FBI) they told me the following tall tale.

1. Their bank put a hold on my payment
2. They cannot ship until "their bank" releases the money
3. They cannot refund the money because "their bank" has it
4. Cannot let me know the name of their bank
5. Are not using that bank any more
6. Asked me to dispute the payment on my visa card which would have created a major problem for me at my end
7. Almost never answer their e-mail
8. Never publish their phone numbers or address
9. Lied time and time again to cover their fraudulent practices
10. Still show my system moving through their oredr system.

Why can't some federal agency shut the fockers down. They use the same for reasons non delivery to every.

" Anyway, someone by the name of Brent Rodgers from the CPI Billing Department sent me an email today apologizing for all the incovenience but that their was a problem with my order.....something about not being able to send out a customer's computer until they have received the funds from the bank.

They state that it was supposed to have been shipped out sometime last week but they were told to hold on to it. Gee, I thought they got their money back when I ordered the computer way back at the end of May. Anyway, they say that they tried to send me a refund twice but the "bank" wouldn't allow them."

Surely this is a federal crime, or at least some kind of crminal act. They are lying about the reasons for non delivery and blaming the banking industry - surely some crime has been broken and some agency should be interested.
