This company is terrible. When you are late even one day day they will call you not once a day but up to 8 times in one day. If you explain to them that you know you owe the money they press you to tell them when you will make payment. you think the calls will stop.. Heck no they call and call.. i now have the number blocked on my phone..

Simple Solution to Collection Calls

AUTHOR: Harassedbycreditacceptancecorp - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 30, 2008

I don't understand why consumers complain about getting collection calls when the consumer is late with payment.

It's really simple.

You:
Have a contract with them where you owe money.
Know when the payment is due.
Agreed to the terms when you signed the paperwork for the loan.
Know how to contact the lender.
Know your not going to make your payment on time, yet fail to call them and tell them about your plans to be late with payment....which forces them to call you and inquire.

Of course the company wants to know when you will be paying.

If you loaned someone a significant amount of money would you want to know when to expect a payment that is over due?

Of course you would, it's common sense and the very basics of lending.

When you know you aren't going to make the payment on time, decide when you can make the payment, along with the late fee.

Then pick up the phone and call the company and let them know when you will be making the payment, BEFORE it shows up as delinquent in their system.

Then make the payment as promised.

Really simple.......make payment as agreed or get collection calls asking when you plan to pay.
