Credit Acceptance Corp paid off march2013 called for 2months for payoff note repo car 3months later say we owe 1200 more Southfield Michigan

Bought and paid car loan for 42 months discovered they tacked on unlawful warranty into loan payments but when I called the Warranty company they told me it doesn't exist.  In March of 2013 Called for the last payment and was told "Congratulations it's your last payment.  I asked them to send payoff letter and was told that could take up to 7 days.  Called every 8 days since and was told they would send it 4 times by certified mail and the last time they would e-mail it.  May 20 2013 car repoed from driveway. Called police to file car stolen and discover Credit Acceptance repoed it.

Call credit acceptance company and they want a credit card number to pay  $1208 they say I still owe.  Will not give me pay off, will not tell me where car is but its ready to be auctioned off somewhere.  By the way, will send us balance of money after they take $1208 off the top. Ya right. I look on line and discover others say they try to guaranshee wages cause they sell dirt cheap back to dealers. Ain't happen here you scam artists ---I just retired!!!!   This is what you do to someone who paid you off at riduculous interest rate?  Make your money somewhere else than honest Americans.  Will tell everyone about your scam!
