 I used this finance company because I had bad credit. At the dealership where I purchased my car, they make you sign up for automatic withdrawals for your monthly payment. Ok, no problem. About 9 months down the road, someone stole checks for my checking account which was the account my payments were coming out from. My bank advised I close the account and open a new one. With that being said, I opened a new account. The bank told me I had 30 days to transfer everything over, but in the mean time, anything that had tried going through on the old account they would take it from my new account. Here comes the 18th, when my car payment is to be withdrawn. Well the bank didn't do their part. They let my payment bounce. I had to pay all these fees because of their stupidity. So I contacted credit acceptance to change my checking account info. Oh no problem. Too bad when the payment bounced, the kicked me off of the auto pay without notifying me. Now they're calling looking for the payment. I told the plain and simple, it's your mistake not mine. Oh they "understand" but you've still gotta pay AND pay their fees to process it. I told them again, you people didn't send me a letter stating you kicked me off the auto pay so how is it my fault. The guy says, okay. I heard what you said but it's gonna have to be paid. I'm now looking to refinance. They aren't understanding at all and won't take the blame. I wouldn't recommend!!

All I see is a LOT of rude comments from the same bozo

 I have seen your name on so many of these complaints that I'm willing to bet you work for this corrupt company. You do nothing but criticize everyone for how horrible they are yet you never seem to offer any words of advice to help people. It's interesting that you don't seem to post your nasty, rude, uneducated opinions on the reports that seem to have legal recourse though. It's people like you that have made me lose faith in humanity and understand why animals eat their young. In my "opinion" you should keep your rude comments to yourself because this is a site to help people not belittle them more than this corrupt company has. Karma sucks and hope you realize how ridiculous you look telling people you laughed for 10 minutes at their pain! I am personally fighting a battle with this company that will hopefully shut them down for good because I am an educated person who documented EVERYTHING. Just because some of these poor people are unable to prove certain issues does not make all of them stupid or wrong! Thank you for your comments though because it made me want to work even harder to educate EVERY SINGLE PERSON with the tools to stop the fraudulent activity of CAC. It also makes me hope you DO work for them because you can flip burgers when they get shut down! Now YOU just made me laugh for 10 minutes! Go crawl back under your rock and leave people alone since we have enough negative in this world.

I am attaching a list of the agencies for everyone to contact for help. Please file with everyone you can and stop the bullying from people like this idiot!

Why should they take the blame?

Did they steal your checks?

Did they bounce your check when they said they would not?

The only thing they did was to "kick" you out of the Auto-Pay program after your bank bounced the check.  But this is something that YOU should have known when you realized that when the payment was not withdrawn from your account.  So this is the part YOU need to take the blame on.  But if you want to get someone for the fees, then go after your bank because they are the ones who made the mistake.
