This bank is a total rip-off they hit you with an outrageous interest rate. Which places you in an upside down car loan. As soon as your late making one payment, they send someone out to your home to take your vehicle without you even knowing. And last but not least they place a judgement against you in the amount of the total cost of vehicle for which you no longer have and send documentation to your place of employment having your wages garnished.

What you're describing is you are a serial deadbeat. That's exactly why you are being financed by a high APR subprime deadbeat lender. YOU very completely brought this on yourself. They did a repo, which does not make the contract go away. As you have seen, you are still on the hook for the rest of the contract! NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer caused a repo and subsequent lawsuit for remainder of contractual amount

You agreed to the terms of the loan; therefore, the interest rate is not a rip-off.
The vehicle was repossessed because you failed to honor the terms of the loan agreement. What did the lender do that was in violation of the agreement?

Credit Acceptance is garnishing my wages for a vehicle I no longer have in my possession and are currently reporting to the credit bureaus that they are not receiving any money.
