I call credit check total a company owned by Experian to cancel a free credit report. I wait 45 minutes, when finally they pick up they hang on me !!!!!

I call back and wait another 30 minutes, they I decide to email them. They charge me for 2 months. I call my credit card and they connect me with somebody there. After arguing he accept to refund me one month $29,95. They are a ripp off. When you call to cancel they don't answer in purpose, everything is made to keep charging you this $29,95. Why you will refund me one month and not the 2 you owe me.

They 2 months they let go 1 and ripp you off for $29,95

Experian and Credit Chect Total are the same company  BEWARE. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER TO CANCEL CREDIT CARD BARCLAY'S din't fight to get my money back, they just connect me and let me speak with a representative use to get my kind of complaint.

CREDIT CHECK TOTAL / EXPERIAN SCAM Supposedly it's a free trial and you can cancel within 7 days to get your $1 report and score.  There is no way to cancel as I tried calling numerous times and emailed with no response.  I had to cancel my credit card and have them send me a new cc to make sure these people don't charge me $29 after the 7 days. California

Credit Check Total Experian Impossible to cancel. Spoke to 2 people on different occasions after 1.5 hour hold and they still didn't cancel. DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE! Internet

Credit Check Total otherwise known as (Experian)... I signed up for a 7 day trial for my credit report with scores. I now try to cancel and I'm on hold for more than an hour. This is obviously done to persuade customers to hang up and be charged for the service since there is no other way to cancel besides sitting on hold all day. This is pretty ridiculous . Allen Texas
