Have been sigined up with Credit Karma for several years now.  Loved getting fast, detailed look at FICO score, important factors, etc.  That is until my credit score dropped 32 points!! (for NO REASON) in their TransUnion part of report. 

Contacted TransUnion and they had NO SUCH record.  Wasn't in any of their reports.  IMPOSSIBLE to contact Credit Karma.  Finally Googled info for CK location (? ) in San Francisco as it was only one I could find.  Phone doesn't "receive calls"???   Email wouldn't load. 

This company is operating like an off shore dating service or something.  No wonder the bank didn't give any credence to their reports!   I'd like to UNSUBSCRIBE but good luck with that!  Yes, the site is FREE to use which just goes to show..."You get what you pay for" in this particular case!

Robinson Reagan and Young and Chattanooga Tennessee EPB I had not idea I had a balance on the EPB account until it popped up on my Credit Karma report yesterday. I have not gotten any notice of this bill at all and they turn me over to a collection agency that has not contacted me in any way and then they put it on my credit report. this is not right Nashville and Chattanooga Tennessee

CAPITAL ONE BANK USA NA PO BOX 30281 SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84130 (800) 955-7070 I've never had a credit card with them!!! They are saying in my credit karma report that I STILL HAVE AN OPEN ACCOUNT FOR 5100.00!!! This is outrageous! I'm so glad that I copied all the information and posted it into my browser and found that they have scammed all these other people please help us! This is affecting people's credit including mine!
