I have had cricket for over a year. 30 days after purchasing their phone the screen went out on it. I tried having it repaired ($50.00) 15 minutes out the door the screen went blank again. I have tried for months to get a human being on the phone to talk to about this. Today I finally get someone on the phone and she tells me she is going to get the supervisor. She left me on hold for 45 minutes. She never came back.

I tried to pay my bill three times and every time the computer would say I am sorry we can not accept your payment at this time please try again tomorrw. This happened until my payment was late so there were late fees and reconnect fees. Between all of their hidden fees and broken phones they are the most expensive service I have ever had. My husbands cricket phone drops calls constantly and will not stay on for more than 2 minutes. We have replaced the battery repeatedly and had it repaired as well. Now his screen is out as well. I guess it is time to cut the losses and move on. Take my advice stay away from cricket.

CRICKET IS ONE OF THE WORST CELLULAR COMPANIES OUT THERE!!

Hello,

I wanted to add to your complaint. I was a customer with Cricket for over 5 years during their beginning years. They were absolutely great! But after this time, I found myself switching due to their service going straight down the toilet. After being with another company for a year, I went back to Cricket, thinking they may have cleaned up their act. Their price is really what drew me in and back in several times over the past several years. But really...

EVERY TIME I go back to Cricket to try again and give them another try... I find the same issues only getting worse than the last time I was with them. This is ridiculous!!

Now, here in Phoenix, AZ, they are all run by Mexicans who barely speak any English and when they call a persons number over the loudspeaker to come up to the window, they speak in Spanish!!

WTF is this Country coming to?????????? Well, I can answer this myself, though my lauguage would NOT be acceptable on this site. Thanks to our so-called Government and its leader Osama
(I mean Obama).

Anyway... I could go on and on about my experiences with Cricket over the years... but I CAN say that at this time... I will NEVER go back to Cricket!

I also am a Customer Service Rep for Cricket. I know the previous person stated this too. But you can get alot more from the rep if you are nice to them. You must show respect to be given respect.

i just want to make a few comments about cricket customer service. most of the time, customers calling the customer service center believe the reps are rude because we dont give them their way and we dont sit there and allow them to curse at us or behave rudely in other manners.

the best way to get respect and courtesy from a representative is to remember they are a person just as you are, and they are not the ones who c aused your problem. we are just the messengers!!.
and the best resolution for not feeling as if you have been cheated or lied to is ---- to always read any companies terms and conditions, always ask questions, and when asking questions, always be willing to listen and cricket has several different options to make your pymt free of charge---- through the automated system, by mail, online, and by auto bill pay---- all info of which can be found in the terms and conditions that are located inside the cricket box when you purchase a new phone

Seperate the service from the phone

Cricket is a wireless service not a phone manufacturer.

My husband had this problem with his phone it was a piece of junk and they knew it and why they no longer offer it. The woman he went to see in the criket office was very helpful and took the phone completely apart and put a folded sticky note into it so the screen would work until his new phone arrived.

But that is not Crikets problem the phone would have had the same problem with any service. Notice I said SERVICE, like qwest and verizon they dont make the phone. If you want to complain do it about Nokia, Motorola, or Quantum not Cricket.

As for the drops apparently you havnt had any other service, all of them do this with no explanation its just how it works as the calls jump from tower to tower.
