Cricket Communications No customer service available for non or past customers Denver Colorado Internet

I have recently pulled my credit report from all three major credit bereaus. On those reports, I have a debt from Sprint from 2003. I called the collection company to tell them I never had Sprint instead I had Cricket. In turn the collection agancie told me I had to show proof I had Cricket in 2003. So I tried to call Cricket via their 800 number and was unable to get any where. First I have to have a current and valid Cricket number to access the automated system.

Further more, I sat at my computer for over three hours looking in any and every combination of Cricket stores and corprate offices and no such number exists. I can save myself from this collection hassel only if Cricket takes my call to varify I had service in 2003. Why do I have to have current service to speak to a live breathing person.

May I mention I called a few stores here in Colorado, the barely english speaking rep that answered each time, asked for my name, Social Security number and date of birth claiming he could help me out if I provided that information. I gave him nothing. I feel that this company is crooked from the top down and even more so are the "dealers" that sell Cricket service. Can someone PLEASE give me a number that has a live breathing person on the other end. I'd really like to fix my credit.
