I purchased a wireless modum for my lab top at Cricket Communication and I was told by Matt Kelm, it came with a $60.00 mail in rebated, which later became a $50.00 rebate.  He filled out the rebate form, I took and mailed it in with my bar code of the modum.  The next day, Matt called me and said he filled out the wrong rebate forma and mad a new one, call rebate center and it was corrected.    I next received a REBATE DECLINE, because the rebate form and Barr Code did not match.  I called Matt and he emailed them with a copy to me, with a return email that they would correct it, by matching up the two request and it was approved for rebate refund.  I received two email on 10-02-2009 that it was approved for a refund and will be going out shortly.  Again the letter came in that stated declined, because it did not have the orginal bar code which they already had.   I called Matt, no answer, but a recording the phone number is no longer in use.  I email Matt and he said he was let go September 1st, when they closed the store.  He said they lied to him about the rebate and the customer (me) and I should contact the Rebate Center. 

I emailed Cricket and explained the situation and they said this request would be forwarded to the area office in my area, and I do not know where that is.  I explained in the email, if I don't receive my refund shortly, I was going to contact the Missouri Attorney Generals Office, Fraud Division. 

I have not heard from them today, and my service is now not working.  My first month was free and my 30 days was paid and my 60 days was paid.  Since you can not speak to anyone, You can not get anywhere or what is going on.  I will check in the billing section, maybe there is someway to speak to some one, but no, so i check my statement and the cut my service,  becaused I owed them $91.16., still you can not speak to anyone.  The statement said I was late on the first and no payment received on the second and now they want the 3rd payment 30 earlier.  I never received any email from them stating I had a late fee and never receiving the payment on the second.  I pay all my accounts fhrough electronic banking through United Missouri bank and they show both payments were made.

I finally spoke to one sale person locally, but would not tell me the corporate office, where is was. I ask where his pay check came from and he said he was not allowed to tell me.  He gave me a local phone number which I belive is CALL RING RING, who he said owns Cricket 314-865-3010, not answer, but a recording to take my message, still no return call to me at my cell phone of 618-972-1442.

Please email a copy of this back to me so I will have this to forward to the Missouri Attoney Generals office  Fraud Division.
