Cross Country Auto Transporters are the slowest in Auto Transportations! On May 13th I contracted with Cross Country Auto Transport CCAT to transport my vehicle from Paducah, Kentucky to Ceres, California.
I was told my vehicle would be picked up between May 19th to May 21st. I know now that that was a lie since they had not had any company lined up at that point in time! Now it is June 9th the week that I was expecting my car to be here and it is not here!
I have been calling the customer service at CCAT and have been given the runaround inbetween the 5 to 20 minute hold time! The Company has a poor customer service!
I am writing this rip off report since I do not want anyone else to have to go through this BULL!
CCAT is a very poor Auto Transport Broker! They boast the best rates but you will have to wait at least a month to get your car transported! Unfortunatly I am unwilling to wait any longer by tommorrow morning they will have recieved my notice of cancellation!
BEWARE OF CCAT Cross Counry Auto Transporters!
Pay the extra $300 to $500 If you want to see your vehicle!

We are not in this business to rip-off any customer... This customer was refunded his deposit because we were unable to ship his vehicle at the time that he requested....
We have hundreds of satisfied customers, but know that you can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time....
