We initailly select CROSS COUNTRY TRANSPORT to transport our vehicle in early May. The sales associate gurantee the vehicle would be picked up on May 14th or May 15th. I selected May 14th for a pick-up date. It was agreed that a 3-car transport would pick up the vehicle in El Paso, TX on May 14th and notify the contact in El Paso 24hrs before pickup.

Well THAT NEVER HAPPENED. NOBODY CONTACTED ME. I called last Friday, a sales associate stated that there was no driver available to pick up the vehicle on the May 14th, but it would be definitely picked up this weekend. Also that truck was nolonger a 3-car transport, but that it would be a regular 8-10 car transport. Further, the original 3-car transport was not available any more. ANOTHER BROKEN PROMISE!

Well WHAT DO YOU KNOW, the vehicle was NEVER PICKED UP THIS WEEKEND. I had to call today, May 17th, because NOBODY CALLED ME.

I called today May 17th, after being on hold nearly 30 minutes, disconnected once, I spoke to XXXX and explained my our delima. Why guarantee something if you can not follow through on it. Why leave the customer hanging out there when he or she is expecting professional service.

XXXXX gave me the same old story. Now they will pick up the vehicle sometime THIS WEEK. NO GURANTEES WHAT DAY. I GOT THE SUPERVISOR'S NAME.

I thought about it and called XXXXX back and I ADVISED HER THAT I WANTED TO CANCELL THE TRANSPORT.

XXXX ADVISED ME THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY LOCKED IN A DRIVER(???) TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE THIS WEEK (???) AND THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED THE INITIAL DEPOSIT OF 150.00.

THIS IS LUDICROUS WHEN THE CUSTOMER WAS NEVER NOTIFIED THAT THE COMPANY COULD NOT MAKE THE PICK UP DATES. THE ONLY WAY I FOUND OUT IS BY ME SPENDING MY OWN PENNY TO CALL THEM.

WHY SHOULD I GET PENALIZED $150.00 FOR NO SERVICE, NO NOTIFICATIONS. ALL ACTIONS OF CONTACT HAD TO BE MADE BY ME, NO COMPANY REPSENTATIVE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME.

IT IS RIDICULOUS TO BE CHARGED FOR POOR LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I called her supervisor, the first time I got disconnected and finally got through after being put on hold awhile. She told me that the vehicle will be diffinitely picked up Wednesday or Thursday. Well I told I had enough of this. I went ahead and CANCELLED.

DO NOT USE OR YOU WILL LOSE LIKE!!! LIKE PLES OF CHINO, CAL STATED IN A EARLIER COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
