THIS COMPANY IS CONTINUING TO DENY THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT LIVING UP TO THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT. IF THEY HAD BOTHERD TO RETURN ONE OF THE MANY PHONE CALLS I MADE THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT I WAS CANCELLING THE CONTRACT DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES 2 DAYS BEFORE ANYONE SHOWED UP TO GET MY CAR. EMPLOYEE PROBLEMS WITHIN THEIR COMPANY IS NOT MY PROBLEM AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM BEING UNABLE TO CONTROL THEIR PERSONELL ISSUES. NOBODY HERE TELLS THE SAME STORY TWICE. IVE BEEN BEEN TOLD I WILL GET A REFUND BY ONE EMPLOYEE AND TOLD NO BY ANOTHER. THIS COMPANY CANNOT EVEN GET MY NAME RIGHT!

I was told by their employee that the deposit was to expedite the process of my car being picked up. why should i suffer because their employee lies? estimated time of pick up was on jan 4 or jan 5. that tells me that my car will be picked up on either of those days.
THEY NEVER ONCE APOLIGIZED OR ACCEPTED ANY RESPONSIBILTY FOR WHAT I WAS TOLD BY ERIC OLSON, AN EMPLOYEE THAT APARENTLY QUIT ON THE SPOT. BETH EVEN TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND IF I SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER TO THEIR ADDRESS IN DAVIE FLORIDA, BUT I AM SURE THAT IS ALL LIES TO AFTER WHAT I HAVE READ ABOUT ON HERE ABOUT HER.

This company is clearly a rip off. They have had some many complaints regarding the same issues. Everyone needs to report them to the BBB, consumer affairs and to the attorney generals office in florida. They lie to steal your money. They need to be put out of business as soon as possible and make room for companies that actually care about their customers. I have tried to call this company to even speak to the owner and get a run around and sometimes even hung up on.

PEOPLE NEED TO KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT CROSS COUNTRY AUTO TRANSPORT TILL THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. I KNOW I WILL. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
