I worked for cross counrty bank in ashland,ky,for several years. From the time i started working there until i left, was the worst experince of morals of human beings i have ever seen.

When i started at cross country bank 2 years ago, from the first day all they teach ypu is how to rip off people. In my time at cross country bank, all they ever preched was to get a (pay by phone).

Please what ever you do in your life time, dont ever give cross country bank your checking account information. They will take everything that you have in the bank . Either by on purpose or by mistake.there employee turnover rate is so high. They trhough so many people, most of them have no idea what they are doing.

I feel so sorry for anyone who has a credit card with cross country bank. While i was a employee of cross country bank.I had hundreds of accounts that where either paid off, bakrupt,or never got a statement from the company. When you would notify manager about situations like this all they would tell tou is to get a payment, let someone else worry about that.

When ever you would get training,it would be in a group of 15or20 people for 10 min at time. They would spend hours traing you how to trick people in getting them on the phone. But if it came to customer service or helping customers, they would rather hand you information while you where on the phone, and have you sign off on it,so they can tell fcca(federal comunacations adminsration) they had trained there employees.

During my last few months, you could see them really taking incentives and other things from employees.Come to find out, they had got in trouble with fcca and could not issue anymore credit cards. So in last few months you probley got alot more phone calls. Cross country bank is a fee based company. They make most of there money off fees.

Most card holders, have no ide what they are getting there self into.If you get a card with a 350.00 credit limit. If you activate that card you owe them 200.00 off the bat, just from fees.Plus interest, plus 10 monthly matince fee. If you are lucky enough to get a statement before your first payment, you are one of the few.If you asked a manager about that, the ansewer you will get is,there is nothing I can do,get a payment.

I am so glad I am no longer employed with cross country bank.My health is better, and im a happier person knowing i am not ripping people off.For those of you who have accounts with cross country bank I am sorry. But you will never get them out of your life.Unless someone puts them out of business.I hope it is very soon.
