Cross Country Bank ripoff unfair collections practices Boca Ratan Flordia

i have been to hell and back with the collections department of this company, they have spoken to my employer, my manager and my coworkers about my debt with them. They have costed me a major promotion which would have doubled my salery. they have told my employer that he has not right to tell them that they can not call my place of employment.

they have called up to five time a day all within a hour of one another. they have said to me when I return thier calls that this could not be happening and when i sent them a letter with proof of what tyhey were doing they did not acknowledge the letter but when called by me I was told by a "mamager" that the individual who called that day was deported that morning. they have called and told my employer they were calling on behalf of my wife and it was an emergancy. they have said they were from my childs school.

When you call them they say pay your bill and they will stop calling. this whole afair started over some charges that were not mine and I refused to pa after which i canceled my card and they still put thier yearly charge, they also uped my interest rate, even though up to thant point my credit was good enouth for them to up my credit limit and offer several other credit cards.
