CSA Travel Protection Fails to pay for emergencies that it alleges to cover San Diego, California

i purchased travel insurance to cover my vacation to hawaii. due to flooding in my home i was forced to cancel my trip. i didn't want to cancel the trip i only wanted to change the date but was told that i had to cancel it in order to have it refunded and so i did so. i was told that my claim was denied even though part of my home was uninhabitable and if i did get it cleaned and repaired it would have caused major damage to the rest of my home and serious health problems for myself and my family. i only received a phone call that the claim was denied after it was to late to even try to book a flight or keep the reservations that i had so someone else could use it. this was a rip off. you are told one thing on the phone when you purchase the insurance and when you receive the policy a week to 2 weeks later the conditions are different.
