Motorcyclists Beware of Custom Concept Chrome located in Orillia, ON. Canada. This company operated by David Small took delivery of motorcycle wheels belonging to myself and 2 friends (that is 6 wheels folks) for chroming on Jan. 6, 2008. He had assured us that the wheels would be done within two weeks. Here is is Feb. 19, 2008 and I still don't have my wheels.
All I have received has been excuses. Mr. Small had just last week told me that the wheels were done and his delivery guy was going to deliver them on Feb 12, 2008. Surprise, surprise the wheels were not delivered. I didn't even get a phone call.
Since then I have been calling non-stop to get these wheels back, but I have not heard anything back from CUSTOM CONCEPT CHROME. Today I have had to resort to calling the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) in hopes of getting these 6 wheels back.
My advise to anyone thinking of using the services of CUSTOM CONCEPT CHROME is to go elsewhere unless you feel like losing your property.

UPDATE on Custom Concept Chrome in Orillia On.
After having spoken to the OPP Orillia Detachement (who were very helpful, THANK YOU VERY MUCH) I managed to get my 6 motorcycle wheels back. However they were not done. David Small owner of Custom Concept Chrome had personally told me that they were done 3 weeks ago and that they had come out really nice. That was a bold face LIE!!!. The wheels were not even touched in the close to 8 weeks they were in his possession.
I was given a refund cheque, which I promptly took to his Bank to see if the cheque would clear and they advised me it would not.
You know you are running a good business when you dont have $300 in your business account.
If you are having problems getting your propert back from them I suggest you call the O.P.P in Orillia. They know all about this con artist and were very helpful in getting my wheels back. I am sure I would never have seen them again had I not called the police.
