 If you are diabetic and have Medicare along with a MEDIGAP Policy avoid CVS.  They claimed last year that even though my suppliment covered the deductible and co-pay I would have to pay the co-pay, which I did.  My Insurance Company, AARP United Healthcare, claimed they would reimburse me the co-pays.  According to my latest statement they dirrect payed CVS so CVS got paid twice.  When I called the insurance company they said I should take the matter up with CVS.  I did this over two months ago and got nothing.  My advise is to avoid CVS!

CVS Pharmacy CVS PHARMACY Numberous amount of times they showed no sympathy for a member ,Myself, I have an account with them, of there pharmacy trying to fill a controlled substance while waiting in my car in there drive thru before they closed and the customer infront of me pulls away at 6pm and they close the drive thru window on my face. They could have easily put up a cone to block the entrance of there drive thru to let people know they are closed but instead they rather just let you wait in line a couple of minutes and once 6pm hits they press there automated message saying they are NOW closed. It was the holidays and it was the last day I could get my controlled substances filled. . Kearny New Jersey
