CYMAX STORES I ordered a Plasma TV Stand which I received damaged and with no instructions. I have spoken to Eric, Stephanie and also Marta and also e-mailed several times to get the run around about receiving a new unit. This company is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They give you the runaround BELLINGHAM Washington

I received a Plasma TV Stand which I ordered. I received it on Friday November 30th. That evening I opened the box to find no instructions with the unit. I then found the top and two shelves to be badly damaged. There was a telephone number on the carton stating that there was service available 24/7 which was a lie when I called I got a recording asking me to hold on, I held on the telephone for 1/2 hour and no one ever came on the telephone. I then called the customer service telephone number and was asked to send pictures of the damages which I did. I also told Eric, Stephanie and Marta that I didn't want this unit I wanted a new one and I wanted it quickly since I now have my tv on the floor with all my other equipment as well. I got to my office today and called them to ask the status and I have been getting the runaround all day from them telling me that they didn't know when another unit could be sent out. This company is the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life and I shop online quite often. Right now I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

TODAY, JANUARY 21, 2008 I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FOR THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. IT TOOK TIME BUT THEY FINALLY CAME THROUGH WITH MY REFUND

Today I received an e-mail from Eric stating that a new unit was sent out to me. As of now, Thursday, December 6th, according to the Fed Ex Tracking Number the Package is lost. This is an unbelievable experience.
