Every time I apply for a trucking job its the same story DENIED! For 6 months I could'nt understand why or what was going on, until I found out the real reason. This Company USIS/DAC SERVICES now known as HireRight has false information on my criminal history and Driving record.

I have proof my MVR which I had pulled and came back clean no acidents nor tickets ever from a state agency. And my world wide criminal history report which doesnt show anything thats being reported by DAC Services. I filed a dispute application and sent it in along with a copy of my MVR and real criminal history report which is my real proof to support my complaint.I just knew the issue would be resolved when they saw the real information on my life history.

Boy was I wrong they wrote back saying it's suppose to be there and there not changing it. I called and asked why? and got no explanation. I recently applied for a trucking job through a recruiting agency and they added other false info on the DAC. I've been out of the trucking buisness for 10 months as a result of these lies. I got some  compassion from one company only because they pulled my background themselves through a state agency and DAC and they even said that they see a big discrepency in both reports but there insurance won't hire cause of the DAC report. They urged me to seek legal help.

I'm just barely making ends, so I don't have enough for an attorney. Something has to be done about this BULLYING INFORMATION SERVICE. As I see through complaints about this company online, I'm not the only one ruined. Is there any class action Law suits against this company,I can jump in?
