I was cleared by the court of my roll over accident as not guilty (non-preventable) due to gravel and debree on the road. Nothing was ever put on my DMV printout. When I went to look for a truck driving job, companies where telling me I should have told them I have a preventable accident and it was reported to DMV. The courts say non-preventable and it was never reported to the DMV. DAC saids it was preventable and was reported to the DMV. How can I have both at the same time. DAC does not go by the law. It's illegal what they are doing to me and they don't seem to care. I tried correcting the DAC three times. I wanted to send them the proof from the courts and a clean DMV printout. They said don't send it they go by what the company tells them only. I put a rebuttal on the DAC. When I called back sometime later it was deleted out. I can not work as a truck driver and can not even get my real estate license because I did not disclose that information on my application.

#3 Consumer Suggestion
ALL SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENTS ARE AVOIDABLE
AUTHOR: Badlaw - (U.S.A.)

A single car accident can not be unavoidable. Sole control rests in the sole operator of the vehicle, it's circumstances and it's safety. Road conditions should be carefully judged by the driver. A skilled driver will instinctively know what is a safe speed for the conditons. Bad judgment on the road can cost innocent lives and cost tens of thousands of dollars in property damage.
It merely seems to me that the court was being generous. That does not obligate others to do the same. If I were hiring someone to drive my valuable property, I would certainly want to know if they ever had a single vehicle accident as it would have and IMPACT on their ability to make rational choices.

Is there a statue of limitations to sue USIS/DAC?

When I went to look for a truck driving job, companies where telling me I should have told them I have a preventable accident and it was reported to the DMV. The courts say not guilty and it was never reported to the DMV. The DAC report states it was preventable and was reported to the DMV. That is not true. I finally had Coastal Transportation delete it off the DAC report by the Worman's Compensation Judge only if I sign a release of the 132A with prejudice. My statue of limitation ran out, which I think is one year for slander. So now I want to sue USIS, Dac. I was woundering if anyone knows if there is a statue of limitations on USIS, DAC to sue them? If so, how long?
Thank you
