Daniel White American Law Division Suing Company due to past employee Folsum, California

This person called our business screaming that he was working with this attorney's office and was taking us to court based on the actions of a past employee. When I hung up on him because I don't need to take that, he and someone else called every 2-3 seconds tying up both our phone lines.  As soon as I mentioned that what he was saying sounding like a scam, he became really defensive.  When I passed the information on to our district office they attempted to call and the number was no good. After about 10-15 minutes, he finally stopped calling.
