A guy named Daniel White has been repeatedly calling me at home and at work threatening me ( I have several recorded messages he left ) regarding a cash advance loan which i did not take out. I could barely understand him and while trying to get more information regarding his call he would transfer me in the middle of talking supposedly to his attorney which had an even worse accent.


I have already confirmed with my bank with the little information that i got from him that this is not valid. I am worried however not only because he keeps threatening me stating that "if i do not return the call then all he can do is wish me good luck as this situation unfolds upon me" also with taking me to court and he does have my personal information such as my DL# AND SS#
