This communication is being offered, publicly, to WARN anyone considering to hire Darryl Cunningham for basement or any household work. The information provided is completely accurate because it is coming from several people scammed by Darryl Cunningham.

HE is a scammer :

1. One of the most stressful experiences of my life. I paid $15,000 for basement finishing. I did not spend hours, I spent days and weeks cleaning up after these fools. There's a reason they don't have a storefront because somebody would have blown it up by now. JAIL DARRYL CUNNINGHAM

2. Darryl does not even have a general contractor license although he advertises as such. He advertises he can work in MA, however, he tries to use other contractors to pull permits for him, etc or never pull permit. My experience has been a nightmare, I started this whole project in March 2017, and it is the end of November, and I still don't have a basement because of this man's greed and scamming ways. 3. Darryl Cunningham will intentionally low-ball you so they can get the job, then do shoddy work or disappear with your money. Darryl Cunningham does not retain their own construction crews. He hires sub-contractors from craigslist (including drug edicts, criminals and rapists), Darryl Cunningham is a scammer a CON Man. Check “Sutton” Police records. Be aware. JAIL DARRYL CUNNIGHAN. 

4. He will show you pictures and claim him prior work, Ask for address, he will never give it to you. He will take you to his buddy house who will claim that how good he is. JAIL DARRYL CUNNINGHAM

5. Once you give him a deposit, he will do one of these things, he will never show up or he will show up once a week for few hrs. He does not complete any job, after few weeks he will ask for more money (giving one excuse after another). He will keep asking more money from you without doing any work.
