I read the story of the mom who found a way to get whiter teeth by paying ONLY the shipping costs... When I ordered the product, entered my info, and checked my bank statement... Instead of only paying the $4.95 for shipping, because that is what the guarantee says and even the animated lady in the lab coat says, I was charged $59.95 instead!!!!!!!!! I called no more than 15 mins later to the cancellation service and David the CSA (customer service associate) told me they could NOT cancel the order because it goes DIRECTLY to the shipping department not to the sales department and they could not cancel the order until I send back the product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager and the CSA told me that the manager was only going to tell me the same thing he just did. So because of them I overdrafted twice ($70.00 in overdraft fees)because I was only expecting to pay $4.95 and the two transactions I overdrafted on would have been covered if I wasn't overcharged by these thieves!!!!!!! So now I am stuck because of these heartless, no good robbers.
