The official looking Satisfaction Guarantee Certificate looks legit - "You will be billed $4.95 for the shipping of your 14-day trial, THEN once you choose to continue whitening with the Dazzle White Pro System, the low member price...blah blah.

Nowhere (except deep in the terms and conditions) do you read that your card will have a pending charge of $58.76 that you will need to pay if you don't return the unused portion of the product.

Hiding required returns in the fine print is unethical and no reputable company does it. (Especially when the poorly constructed plastic tube of goo cost them 20 cents if that)

Order from these guys with an expectation of pain in your gums, (I mean buns.)

Hello,

I use my PayPal credit card for small purchases, since I maintain very little money on it from ebay purchases and sales.

I knew I had only $10.15 availability on it but, I knew the shipping for the trial was only going to be $1.95 with the coupon code I entered, so there shouldn't be a problem with charging it. Well it denied my credit card and I assumed it was because it was trying to charge me alot more than what I as a consumer was anticipating to spend per their deceptive advertising!

Very deceptive in soo many ways! BEWARE of this site and as Suckered in Seattle said, READ THE VERY FINE PRINT!!!
