Dealer Cost Car Audio NO REFUND!!! Santa Ana, California

1)   This company has no idea how to communicate, i received  one email when the order went through. They sucked out the funds in 30 seconds and didnt even have the item in stock. Thats B.S.!

2)   The only reason i found out about the item not being in stock is because i called to find out why i havent received my item yet. it was around 5 days. no email telling me whats up!! Thats B.S.!!!!

3)   the date they said they would receive the item and ship was incorrect because it never came. i called again thinking they will tell me it will be there tomorrow or something. Of course not they still hadnt received the item and not one single email telling me whats going on. more B.S.!!!!

4)   I was upset, i was on a time schedule to get the item, they couldnt produce so i canceled the order which they encouraged me to do. then it was the 5-7 days for a
refund crap blaming the banks. hmmm, 30 seconds out, 5-7 days to get it back. WTF?
i checked on 10-5, 10-6 and 10-7 which puts them at the over 20 days and NO REFUND!!!! There smart a*s remark when i emailed them was "your refund should be there any second". in my opinion these people are criminals and need to be shut down!!!
ALL this is a bunch of B.S.!!!!!!!!!!!

5) Dont order from this company its not worth the hassle and B.S. to save a few bucks.
