Dell / Dell Financial Not Willing to negotiate and liars and thieves Plant City Nationwide

First of all I bought my fourth and fifth pos system from Dell. My first 3 systems where under my Dell business line of credit and somehow they put me under a lease that I never actually requested. Then they sent the wrong system and I have proof of the returns. After that, they said that I could change payment methods within the 60 days period. And then how was I supposed to pay anything within 60 days if I had the wrong systems and had been checking to make sure the returned items where credited on my account and some many technical issues.

Then I found out I am on a lease. the 2 systems cost together a total of $10k and under the lease after 3 years double that. And associates only call asking for the minimum payment. They are all from India. Then I received another credit on my invoice for items that were returned but not credited back to my account just as recent as 3 weeks ago. It doesn't make any sense the sales rep was completely useless. The whole thing seems like a ripoff and it is ridiculous for them to be so bold.

My credit score is taking a hit but I don't care because I called Dell 2 or 3 times in the past 5 months at least and they will not even review my case which I think is pretty solid. I already paid $4000 and now I owe another $20,000 still. This is bad practice. How can I have 3 systems under Dell business credit and the last two on a lease? And I am trying to open a store and juggle Dell but then I have all these problems and nobody wants to hear my side of the story.
