Demarco Rei I was employed by the scam artist.. I am so sorry for those you who fell victim, most of us employees didn't know Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Now that Ed Magedson along with his staff at Rip-Off report have helped the U.S. Attorneyand the FBI catch these slugs we need a loan to help us should we get back our homes.

The Foreclosure victims that were burned by DeMarco were in Foreclosuredue to financial hardship due to chnge in employment ,death in family,illness. Demarco was suppose to get us out of foreclosure within 1 year,set up an escrow account ,repair our credit instead our equity was stripped (stolen) there was no escrow account instead we were "Ripped Off " some worse than others.

There are others involved in this Scam , the Strawbuyers Aka Investors,I realize their credit was ruined but many of the strawbuyers received cash from Demarco,Rei,the rent that we paid for the homes that now belong to the strawbuyers was the rent for our homes that are now in foreclosure and Demarco also kept the cash out from these homes.

The closings took place at various Title comapnies throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania,one of the Title companies Garden State land AND Title now known as Land Transfer is where my closing took place. Garden State where did all those proceeds go? I along with many others did not receive the six figures cash to seller that was listed on the Hud docs,now our homes are in Foreclsore and allthe proceeds were stolen and we also paid rent.

We were in Forecloure and now we are facing a situation much worse. Can the Government give us a loan ? We would pay it back for sure after all we do not want to be on the brink of homelessness forever. Demarco received so much money,what about the banks involved in this as well at the Title companies???

This could be a win-win situation for all ,we would pay a mortgage at a rate within reason,pay back the government and not become homeless. Barack Obama mentioned the deficit but if something could be worked out ,the money would be paid back and victims of DeMarco do not become homeless.

I just am asking for a helping hand so we do not lose our dignity. This corrupt scam has made life unstable for 120 individuals,the Government is trying to help after much damage has been done. 31 million dollars was swindled away in loans and our lives are in limbo,the equity was stripped from our homes.

Biana,who was also involved in many of these closings,don't you care? We were facing financial hardships and you and Anthony Demarco hurt individuals ,I just don't get it!!!!

I am hoping that someone comes forward there was 31 million dollars in loan money swindled and lets be realsitic: Anthony DeMarcos Ferrari was just a fraction of where the 31 million dollars went!!!

Ed Magedson and the staff at Rip-Off Report:Since 2008 you have been Posting what Anthony Demarco did to so many individuals who were facing Foreclosure and worse : Justice has been served and Anthony Demarco and 3 of his accomplices have been arrested.

Ripoff report posted each and everyone of the events that took place and it did not  cost us anything. Ripoff report is like a lawyer only better becasue you do not have to pay to let the Facts be known.

Demarco stole Equity from 120 individuals ,he also received rent from those he robbed of the equity,according to the Gloucester Times Anthony Demarco purchased a Ferrari for 242,00 this was equity for just one home,to add fuel to the fire Anthony charged this individual rent of 2400.

The rent Demarco chrged me was 2900 and I was suppose to have an escrow account set aside for emegencies instead Demarco kept the equity and let the home go into foreclosure under the investors name.

We are suppose to get some kind of help so we do not lose our homes to eviction or a sherriffs sale ,this was also stated in the Gloucester Times.This is so sad for so many Anthony Demarco swindled his employees,the investors aka Starw buyers.

I want to stress that though many were burned in this corrupt scam ,we the individuals in Foreclosure have been hurt the most,we not only paid Demarco rent but to add fuel to the fire he stole our equity.

The documents from Hud state I received 151,000 : I did not ,Demarco gave me a check for 20,000 and than took rent of 2900. This is bad but others received nothing!!This is correct he took rent from many and just kept the equity!!!

So now are homes are in Foreclosure and in some case Bankruptcy and we paid rent and Demarco kept all the equity!!! I am asking can Hud or someone with legal power help us get back this money so we do not become homeless???

I guess Demarco also kept the rent he  was collecting ,where does this leave us???

Please do not let the banks just take away these homes. I know that if the Government can bail us out with a hardship loan ,we wil pay them back.We paid Demarco large rents to keep these homes and he along with his accomplices kept everything.

I am sorry for the straw buyers but we paid for these homes and we don't deserve to lose them.

I have read reports of individuals who beat cancer only to be" ripped off " by DeMarco,I spoke to another victim scammed by DeMarco her husband is only 39 and had a heart attack about a year ago, I went into foreclosure due to the unexpected death of my brother,he had no insurance,than a drastic change at my job.My mother passed away in Nov of 2009 so things just seem to be getting worse.

Most of the investors are in Foreclsoure and have declared Bankruptcy,I have mixed opinion on them,I do not know if they were paid off or what.Unfortunately it will make it difficult for anyone who wants to help Foreclosure victims.

There are laws out there to protect Individuals involved in lease buy back Foreclsoure Rescue ,I hope they will be enforced in New Jersey and Pa.

The Fraud just never stops at DeMarco REI,and many are questioning why we signed?

I was not going to sign at Garden State Land & Title Company and the "notary" who never "notarized" anything conferenced me over to Eric Havkin a manager at DeMarco,Eric told me Taxes in my town had escalated and I would be well compensated think of all the reserves and or equity on your home.

The hud documents at least the ones in my possession are not all signed,an attorneys name is printed ,the straw buyer was not present at closing and his signature is not on the documents that are in my possession.

Another act of Fraud: One of DeMarcos managers signed off on closing documents as an attorney,she is not and it seems like this is all okay.

The cash out amount on all the closing documents is fraud a lie ,not one of DeMarcos clients received what was on the document,instead it is noted "FOR SERVICES RENDERED"

Demarcco scammed so many,some of his employees nevr got paid,DeMarco REI received rent and if HE  scammed 100 people and pocketed cash out from 100 homes that is a lot of money.

It is just not right for us to lose our homes,I am being repetitious but the mortgage companies,Title comapnies all had a hand in this.

There has to be justice for us,we are being emotionally stripped of our dignity and where is Anthony Demarco?

Mr. Demarco has a fancy car and wore very expensive jewelryand clothes,he probably has a big fancy home,and he also received all the cash from the homes he '"SAVED".

I am going to ask one more time please can there be a Govt. Bailout a loan so we can get our lives back.

Demarco also used investors and got there cash also!!!

To whom it may concern,a Foreclsore rescue Scam is having a very serious effect on many individuals:

DeMarco Rei along with Garden State Land & Title,TBW,Flagstar Bank,Buzz Wagenseller,Ocwen loan and so many others have put many lives in financial distress and we need a Bailout to save our homes.

DeMarco Rei aka Dvr properties started business in New Jersey as Dvr properties in 2007,DeMarco moved to Philadelphia Pa in Jan of 2008 and was known as DeMarco REI.

DeMarco offered individuls in foreclsoure a" Fresh Start" which included credit repair,cash out,and the opportunity to be homeowner again in 1 year and refinanced at a low rate,included in the package ,DeMarco would charge rent and set aside a reserve account for hardships.

Many of the closings took palce at Garden State Land & Title Company in Moorestown,New Jersey,at closing nothing was what was stated and when I questioned the differences in rent,and cash out ,I was told by Eric Havkin a manager at DeMarco that my taxes had gone up ,it was just like i still owned the property and I would be compensated for the changes,Eric said it was just to make the" deal "work.

The days following the closing were very confusing,the loan officer who drove me to the closing was fired and not paid his commission.I was receiving calls some legitimate from the wage & hour bureau regarding the loan officer,other calls were from Eric Havkin advising me not to talk with loan officer Saul Freedman.

The bottom line is ,you don't get reserves,though the closing documents state you received the cash out of the property after pay off , you don't it is pocketed by Demarco,some clients received a samall cash out,others received no funds at all.

Our equity has been stripped,the homes are in foreclsoure,We do not want to becosme homeless. I am asking if a loan can be arranged to refinance so we can keep our homes.This is so unfair ,we seem like deadbeats because we could not afford the rent,Demarco charged rents double our mortgage and never let us use reserves.

DeMarco received 150,00 after my home was paid off,gave me 20,000 out of 150,000 and chrged 2900 rent,Demarco told me they were setting aside 43,000 for the down payment when i repurchsed the property,some individuals  did not get any cash at all.

This is so unfair,documents have been forged,or not signed at all.Plese do not let this happpen to us.I am begging for assistance.We are in danger of becoming homeless our equty was stolen by a Corrupt Scam ,I cannot sleep ,I do not know what is going to happen next.

We are about to lose our homes and have nowhere to go,the individuals involved in this scam all had financial misfortunes that led them to foreclosure.

Demarco Rei is now out of business and most of the investors involved are now in foreclsoure,the scam works out for the banks and mortgage companies involved ,they can just take our homes,but what about the forgery and stealing that was done?

We were promised credit repair,set aside reserves,the Hud docs state we received cash value of our property ,we did not.When I ? Demarco about the cash out I was advised a down payment was being set aside.

Hud ,Fha, we need Help, There are so many banks helping foreclosure victims,can you help us? A plan to give us a loan so we can keep our homes.I paid Demarco Rei for as long as i could 2900 a month,I asked Demarco if i could use the "RESERVES "(SET ASIDE FOR Hardships) I was advised that they had to pay the loan officer a large commission and they could not give me any more money.

A bailout from the Govt. would help us ,we would definitely pay the loan back and it would save our homes.

What is so sad about this : If DeMarco was legitaamte,this would have worked,an example would be Demarco could have chrged the distressed homeowner a rent within reason about 1000 a month,give the seller some proceeds from the sale ,the seller who is now paying rent ,now has the proceeds from the sale.

They have the proceeds from the sale ,they pay the low rent on time for 1 year,they had time to save money ,I agree that the buyer should be compensated ,he saved you from foreclsore,howevr how can you save when the proceeds on your house after payoff is 150,000 ,Demarco gives you 20,000 and the rent is 2900 ?

Not only did they just get title to your property ,they are getting 2900 rent,some victims of DeMarco paid rents of 4000 and received no proceeds at all.

There was Forgery,Deceit,Lies.The Hud documents are incorrect ,the Title Companies must have had some idea this was a shady deal.

This is America,What happened to the money Demarco said they gave the sellers?

Many individuals have been scammed by DeMarco Rei and affiliates.The situation is only getting worse,the straw buyers have filed Bankruptcy,the homes are now in foreclosure,have been stripped of equity and the individuals who were "Saved from Foreclosure" are about to become homeless.

In many cases DeMarco gave a cashout ,but not even enough to cover the exorbitant rents ranging from 2000-4300 a month,this DeMarco Rei did after acquiring title to the properties. DeMarcos victims were not  allowed to use the reserves set aside for hardships,instead once you could not pay the rent ,you were set up for eviction.

Each and everyone of us suffered a Hardship,illness,loss of job,death ,this led us all into Foreclosure.

We are now facing eviction by the Straw buyers,we have no funds because for any of us who got cash from DeMarco it was used to pay the rent  and some individuals received no cash just lettters and eviction notices from the straw buyers.

I am asking on behalf of us all affected by this Scam,can someone Bail us out? This is what we were promised,we do not want this for free.A govt loan to refinance us just as Demarco promised us.

You worked for DeMarco,so I am sure you are aware :They not only cheated their employees out of wages,they also charged exorbitant rent and late fees after getting title to the properties.

I urge you to " PLEASE Notify the Fbi, The Attorney general,This situation we are facing is horrible and we are about to lose our homes.

You stated you once faced Foreclosure ,The reasons for foreclosure are usually financial difficulties to death ,change in employment ,illness.

All of Demarcos clients (VICTIMS) were facing financial turmoil, one individual was undergoing treatment for thyroid cancer,I experinced a tragic death in the family and a drastic change at my job.

We are not looking for a free ride, DeMarco took our equity and also rent ,We were promised reserves ,repaired credit and a refinance at a lower rate, instead Demarco and his team (Title companies,Banks ,Managers,) kept the equity and let our homes go into foreclosure.

The closing docs stated we received the cash value of the property ,when I questioned this I was told the money was being set aside for any hardships we may experience and a downpayment was also being put aside.

In my case after paying a rent of 2900,I was told I could not use my reserves ,due to the compensation they had to pay the loan officer!!!!

DeMarco not only managed to get our properties ,they also got rent.The cashout if any that individuals received was not even enough to cover the rent DeMarco was charging.

We need A Bailout or a Rescue,we do not want to lose our homes. We want our equity so we can start paying a mortgage again.

This is not fair,DeMarco REI along with their partners in crime has managed to make life very miserable and sad for many individuals.

I am hoping Hud,the Fha can help us get back the cash out that was stated on our closing docs,this would help us get out of foreclosure. DeMarco and his affiliates (partners in crime) they should all be responsible in this Scam.
