DeMarco, REI Promises not kept.... Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Just imagine if we did not have Ripoff Report, if not for Ed and his staff I am sure things would be even worse. When you are an attorney or a rich entity or a bank :Crime is okay, you have the money to back up your crime and the unfortunante 99% we just get scammed over and over again!

So many of us who were scammed by DeMarco,REI have proof of fraud not just by Anthony DeMarco,yet we are intimidated by arrogant lawyers asking for money after we have been scammed and frauded in so many ways.
I keep on asking: Where is justice for us? Ed and Ripoff Report seem to be the only source out there where we can make the public aware.

I am hoping there will be help for us who were scammed; Anthony pleaded guilty,so why not get us that help DeMarco took away from us. Think of the 31 million dollars that was scammed,the rents and closing fees and most of all the proceeds that DeMarco kept.
Consider Saul who atttempted to pay for his home and Anthony bought a Bentley for 255,000?!

What about the Hud documents that were not signed and the cash to seller on these docs ,there was no cash to seller ,all proceeds went to DeMarco and these transaction were done at Title Companies,the notaries and workers at the title companies did not realize Anthony DeMarco was getting the money?

Does our Justice system really think its okay to offer individuals who were involved in a 31 million dollar scam to be offered 2500 to walk away from your home??
Does our Justice System believe we should be offered to buy back these homes over and above what we originally paid for them??

What about the down payments we put down?  Why is this being allowed? Any honest lawyers who can help I have each and every document,cancelled checks,letter, original documents from day 1. We need justice too. The straw buyers involved also received fees for their involvement and they are also  alllowed to walk.

Please any honest Lawyer I need help,I don't mean to feel sorry for myself,but is it because I am a woman? I am wong:

Anthony and his predators were not prejudice,they scammed us all.

I will say it once again: We paid DeMarco,these transactions were done at Title Companies: 11 million dollars was stolen;We will pay back the U.S. Government just as we paid DeMarco and the title companies.

"Oh would'nt it be nice" For those of you who remember that song by the Beach Boys: The World was a much "nicer" place back than. You could get a mortgage on your home without Wall Street getting involved,there was no MERS,no Robo-Signing and Mortgage notes were'nt passed all over the place.

People were happier and really living" The American Dream". Things are very different now thanks to Wall Street aka Corrupt Banks, many consumers who have a mortgage have to speak to a calling cener in India,by a bank that has given up their charter as a Federal Saving Bank and is now an LLC, AKA Ocwen,LLC.

Our Government has initiated HAMP and other plans to try and help after the meltdown, which caused this destruction but these banks find excuses and don't help struggling homeowners.

This is not just involving individuals who are behind on their mortgage or in Foreclosure,these are individuals who are paying their mortgage and paymnets are misapplied,lost,ecsrow is not applied.

These banks/LLC'S are using faulty software,they have  bragged "under oath " also known as gloating when an individual is in Foreclsoure.

Yet to the astonishemnet of us all Ocwen was chosen by Freddie Mac and our  Government  to get involved in Hamp. "Not So Nice"

Everday a homeowner is reporting his encounter on Ripoff Report: there are foreclosure scams,such as Demarco,REI where a broker and a bunch of crooked investors can orchestrate a Scam stripping 120 homeowners of 31 million dollars.
Things have changed: Many of the investors in this scam received payoffs,obtained loans,appraisals were exaggerated on the homes and they get to file Foreclosure,Bankruptcy and just get to walk away from the crime.

Our Government enforced a Temporary injunction on the 120 homes involved but many of the lawyers who were suppose  to be representing us have switched to the banks side and complained they have received no money,these lawyers agreed it was a contingency basis.

Some of these lawyers contacted  us and said we would be compensated for the fraudulent acts that took place at Title companies,where Hud docs were not signed or notarized in some cases.

The story has changed completely now,in my case I was offered 2500 to walk away from the property which I purchased and put the 30% down on,the home that equity stripped of 150,000 and rent paid to DeMarco and his investment company of 2900, Yep: If i can find a broker or rich relative I can buy back this home for 278,000!!! Amount owed on home at closing 172,000

Anthony DeMarco pleaded Guilty,yes but there is still so much damage and fraud left behind.

Why not help  and why are some of the criminals allowed to walk after coommitting fraud??

So I end this by asking the usual: Please Help us,don't just bail out banks,ask these LLC'S to consider us as human beings not just worry about their portfolios.

Help is Needed: Banks are offering us to  buy back homes almost double of the pay off amount: Example pay off on the mortgage was 172,000; Bank offering 278,000:

Straw purchasers have filed Bankrutcy on many of thes homes and have never resided in the homes never paid rent and collected fees for pretending to buy the homes.


We put the original down paymnet on these homes and than paid rent ,DeMarco real estate investment and straw purchasers shared in proceeds of loans isuued by several banks and LLC's including Chase,Indymac,Ocwen,One West, Citibank and many more.

No one wants to help us: The banks are offering us 2500: This after loans over and above our mortgages were taken out on our homes,The old mortgage was paid on our homes: Example:

ABC bank mortgage owed is 172,000 with attorneys fees 200,000 ,Abc bank is paid 200,000 and Hudson Bank gave loan for 365,00 . The outstanding mortgage to Abc  was paid,but Hudson Bank does not get paid.

Loan taken out was over and above amount owed on home and DeMarco Real estate investors keep all proceeds from the loans,any proceed given to original homeowners is taken back in rents ranging from 2000 to 4300,while many origianl homeowners receive nothing.

Scam  goes nationwide: New Jersey,Pennsylvania, Indiana, Florida: FBI with the help of staff at RipOff Report arrest Anthony DeMarco and 4 accomplices: Government places injunction on homes involved: Mediation process begins, banks involved are offering to buy back the property at double the price.

Though we were scammed of equity and forgery and Hud documents are fraudulent we are being traeted as defendants: Representing attorneys reminding us we did'nt pay rent,but no mention of proceeds that were kept by DeMarco,Rei and closing fees and rents that were collected by De Marco Real Estate Investors.

Representing Attorneys  not taken into consideration what we paid for home at purcahse price or downpayments we put on these homes: Why United States Government and Justice Departmnet atr you allowing us to be traeted this way?? Representing attorney advised me really can't help becasue DeMarco and his investors spent all money.
Representing attorney origianlly contacted me: Was going to help me get home back ,I helped his client who DeMarco did not pay.

So where are we now: Worse off than ever: We did what we were suppose to do,we paid rents,read Kims report,Read mine.

Isn't their insurance for this kind of fraud?? Why do we have to pay? what is 2500 after I put a down paymnet of 30% on this home. I paid DeMarco real estae investors 2900 a month for 5 months he kept balance of loan 150,000 after he collected rent and what about the fees we paid at the Title company???

The path of destruction went from New Jersey,Pennsylvania, Indiana: What has transpired is ugly  and mean; Banks and Attorneys who were suppose to help are now defrauding us once again.
Though there is fraud on the hud documents and frudulent charges,it is being overlooked,the homes were paid off at closing and now teh banks want u s****.> The investors were paid fees by DeMarco,Real Estate Investors and in some cases never signed off on amy of the closing docs or the mortgage, Wew are being lied to and reminded we did not pay rent.

DeMarco and his investors took rent from us and than the banks who gave the loans were not paid.
we paid  all the closing fees,and broker fees and many did not get  any thing ,just scammed.

Now powerful banks and corrupt tactics and lies are being used to take the homes away and let the banks take them.
There are all kinds of programs,yet we are being treated as defendants. We don't have thousands of dollars,now lawyers who were suppsoe to represent us are doing exactly what Anthony DeMarco and his investors did.


The title companies involved charged exorbitant fees adn we laso paid these fees. We put down payment son thes homes and the homes were paid off and now the banks are asking for twice the amount we originally paid.

Where is Justice for us??? Why is the government who was suppose to help letting this go on.
This is a crime! How can this be in the United States of America?
Why are calling centers in India and Uruguay allowed to handle mortgages? Why are payments being misapplied?
What is happening? Ishis unfair traetment going to continue? I thought lawyers were suppose to help? Instead they ask for money after our homes were involved in a corrupt scam.

I will not accept this,I will take all my documents from the start and bring them to a judge in Washington; I will not be mistreated this way by mean,heartless individuals.
It i snot our fault that this white collar criminal hid the money: The investors are just as guilty and they also received money from the sale of our homes.

Why were the investors allowed to file Bankruptcy on a home they never lived in? How come the investors were allowed to keep the money from the sale of our homes and not have to pay for theie crimes??
Why do we have to buy back the homes taht were paid off?? How come there is compensation for everyone but us??

What kind of cruel disgusting world are we living in? Where our Government has turned their backs on a corrupt scam and let criminals walk who have stole our money and homes?
What kind of lawyer would ask you to find a rich relative and buy back the home that was scammed from you.

I have so many documents, many of them are fraudulent, we have the same rights as these white collar criminals> the investors in this DeMarco scam are doing better than us, not only did they get a fee for their fraud,they walked away from a crime,

I have alredy notified boss I cannot work next week,I have gathered all of my documents from day one when it all started,it will be worth the train fare to go to Washington.

I want justice for us all in this case and I will make sure a judge sees every fraudulent document I have.

There is not even a trial for us,instead we get mediation,which we are not even allowed to participate. " The attorneys" who are suppose to be representing us instead are  representing  the banks that now own our homes,they propose a deal to us ,to buy back our homes for prices way over what we paid for the homes and these homes were paid for at the closings.

The lawyers try to manipulate us by saying You did not pay rent,you should have saved money,
you are not credit worthy,the documents draw a much different conclusion: Inflated appraisals,exorbitant fees on the closing docs,broker fees, cloing fees of $ 800O,all of this and more and our Government only wants to offer 2500???

Our homes were scammed,Investors are permitted to file Bankruptcy on a home they never lived in,on a mortgage they never signed. 
These investors have lied about their place  of residence,and yet we are now being offered to buy back the homes that were involved in this Fraud??

There were profits made on all these homes,there was the cash out profits,there were the rental profits,than there were all the exirbitant closing fees.
Why are these banks and lawyers being allowed to defraud us even more? How come lawyers don't even have to get an address correct on an important document?

Why is our Government letting big banks make fools of us after we were scammed out of our homes? We put the down payment, we paid all the closing fees,the mortgage companies were paid.
Banks are insured for this. How can our Justice system let Ocwen and their attorneys treat us this way.

Are you laughing at us? Have any of you government officials read what this scam has done? The homes that we worked hard for are now owned by corrupt rich banks, these banks have cjanged their name a bit so they can away with more.
There have been suicides, sickness from stress,  homes destroyed,and all our government can offer is buy back your house for a lot more tahn you paid for it or let the Bank have it back ,they want an even bigger portfolio!!

One thing that has me amazred is these banks don't have to follow any laws. Bankruptcy can be filed ,documents don't have to be signed, Lawyers selll their client down the river and we are just suppose to sit back and let it happen.
We are not rich,we are stupid,we made the mistake " To Hell With US" I think you are dealing with the wrong individuals : This is no idle threat I will appear on the court house steps with every documnet I have. Foreclosure summons,Hud docs,paid checks made payable to Demarco,Real Estate investors, payoff on my home at the closing date and I may seem or look like a crazy person but I will make sure a judge sees each and every document.

@Carlyn, although we have mentioned the loss of credit standing, property, and cash, there is something else that hasn't been mentioned as of yet...... As I understand it, at least 3 individuals will not be allowed to return to their properties as the straw buyer either filed for bankruptcy or defaulted on their loan thanks to Anthony the cockroach.....and at least 3 individuals (original home owner or straw buyer) committed SUICIDE over all of this....that's right....THEY LOST THEIR LIVES..... I wonder what the bank plans on offering their families?????

As attorneys scold us and remind us how" we lived rent free this not the full "Picture": We paid rent in some cases 1/3 or double our mortgage,some paid rent and were not given 1 dime after DeMarco,Real estate investors shared their equity with investors and Search Engine and other Title companies. What happened was the rent was very high, Mr. Demarco and his slugs advised us to pay the large rents becasuse he had a reserve accout set up for us and when we ran into a problem we could tap into the reserves.

Foolishly we paid these rents, I paid 2900 for 5 months, when I asked DeMarco,Real estae investors for the reserves I was advsied they were setting it aside for a down payment and
if I had lied to the Wage & Hour Bureau regarding the loan officer Saul ,who took me to the closing
at Garden State Land & Title company I would have been able to tap into the reserves.

So yes after paying DeMarco and his starw buyers almost 3000 a month and after they kept the cash out of 150,000 , I lived 'Rent Free" after Demarco stole 150,000 and took back the cash out I lived rent free.
This happened to each of us and this is how DeMarco and these investors obtained 11 million dollars and total stolen from homeowners 31 million dollars.
Please keep in mind we were charged closing fees, over and above what they should have been oh
yes we are so lucky?????

Now read the report of how this home was robbed,stripped of copper and valuables infested with mold and we are lucky.
What is wrong with our Government? This is allowed to go in USA? The nerve to offer individuals who were robbed of all the equity,paid rent,paid straw buyers,paid mortgage brokers,title companies, attorney fees at closing and we should obtain a loan or take 2500.

This is waht is going on,things are  getting worse. I am tired of being lied to and manipulated to by self righteous individuals. We dealt with DeMarco and his slugs and roaches because we were trying to Save our Dream.
We have been called ignorant: The closing was at a  Title Comapny owned by attorneys,I was driven to the closing by a loan officer, who would have thought that this was going to be such a Nightmare!

One would think with all the programs and money flying all over for Newt from Freddie that some agency would help us get back our homes : After all we paid all these fees,we paid rents, all that equity. No way we have to buy those homes back at top dollar,even though the banks were paid at closing we have to borrow money from a rich relative an dbuy back that home you paid 104,00
and now they want 278,00??
Though you put the downpayment on that home,in some cases 30%,buy it back or take 2500.

Shortly after I received the summons from the U.S. Govt I received a letter in the mail from an attorney : The letter read we can help save your home,we can also get you back money.
This was a graet letter: We can get back some money so we can pay a mortgage again and not be feeling like it was over for us.

What a relief, this never happened as a matter of fact the same law firm that mailed the letter one of the attorneys whose name appeared on the letter told me: Borrow money from someone rich, why don't you have money saved?? 
So after our homes are stripped of equity,after we pay all the closing fees,after we pay rent ,these are our options: Borrow money to buy back the home that was scammed from you, or take 2500 and walk away.

The staff at Ripoff Report works very hard getting this information out there: Please why are all you agencies letting this happen to us: Does any body really care,these banks and title companies have insurance. Why are you letting this happen.,please read what took place due to the DeMarco Scam ,Shameful: A millionaire gets millions of dollars from Freddie Mac , a corrupt bank with callling centers in India and Uruguay are alllowed to handle our mortgages and homes.

120 once home owners who were scammed and robbed of equity,closing fees,paid rent,are offfered 2500 or the oppurtunity to buy pack the homes they already put a down payment  on and the banks alraedy were paid.

This is  a disgrace: Please someone read this and help us. "PLEASE HELP"

Like so many on this blog, we are one of the 120 homes that were infested with the DeMarco Cockroach ... We too have filled out the appropriate paper work with Chase Bank. Twice. Once during the initial 45 day period required in the court orders. The second time last September, Since then we have heard NOTHING. 
At First Mr. Messinger, who is the attorney we have been told is representing Chase, would respond with the minimal, "it is in process, please be patient." or something to that effect. HOWEVER, in the past 2 months, we have not received a single response from Mr. Messinger. Not even an e mail that just says, I have received your e mail and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I have gone so far as to contact the USADA assigned to the case at the Department of Justice, who tells me that "Mr. Messinger is actually one of the better attorneys at communicating throughout all of this". 
We actually had been evicted from our home and chose to wait on Chase to work through all of this. However, it has been almost an entire year and nothing, so we took it upon ourselves to re enter our home and assess the damage. Between the time we were evicted to today's date, our home has incurred close to $250,000.00 in damages/thefts or property loss. It seems recently that it is almost a daily chore for me to contact Mr. Messinger with an update on something new that is broken/missing/etc..... Yet nothing in return. We were trying to move back into our home and hopefully salvage it, but that hope is quickly fading. At different points there can be almost 4 feet of water standing in our basement as the electricity isn't so the sump pump can't even run. We have removed the mold infested walls in the basement and are currently in the process of cleaning all of the 2 x 4's with MOLDEX, a mold killing/prevention spray that can be deadly. Most of the copper piping that was in the house has been removed. All of the appliances have been removed, including the microhood and the countertop range! Someone even removed the light fixtures in 2 of our bathrooms! 
In the midwest, we have suffered storms that has damaged our roof, a work crew entered our property and basically killed off almost $30, 000.00 of our landscape/foliage. Have I mentioned the damage to our inground pool and spa? Or the fact that the large heater for the pool was also taken..... The list continues to grow, yet we hear nothing from Mr. Messinger or Chase Bank. 

Where do I begin? Consumer advocate Ed Magedson and his staff help put Anthony DeMarco,111 behind bars. Read all these reports,after four years of scamming over 120 home owners,stripping equity,straw buyers getting pay off from the proceeds,Demarco collecting rent,  keeping cash outs the scam  finally ended in December,2010.

Anthony and four of the other slugs are awaiting trial for the" alleged" crimes. The United States Government has put a temporary injunction on all the homes involved and has also set up a mediation for the "use to be homeowners" now  we are borrowers to try and "save our homes "
The banks invoved which are many citibank,chase,Ocwen just to name a few has given us  "the used to be homeowners" a chance to maybe get your home back,in order to proceed in this mediation process some required info had to be sent to these banks: If requested documents not recvd within 45 days the"'use to be homeowners" would be excluded from mediation.

The bank that now owns my home, responded in early December of 2011: No resolution,no assumption of Mortgage on behalf of Ocwen/Freddie Mac: If you still wish to proceed in mediation,mail enclosed  lettter to Attorney Generals Office in Pennsylavania within 10 business days. The letter I received was from Ocwens Attorney,the real property mentioned was not my property,it was a property in a different city, different address.
I bought this to the attention of the court and Ocwens attorney advised just a typo error,same applies to my property. 

Anthony DeMarco and the straw buyers were not the only ones involved in this scam: there were title companies,title agents, there was forgery,Fraud, unsigned Hud documents many other violations not all committed by DeMarco and his partners in crime.
There have been comments passed : We were in foreclosure anyway,we got away with out paying a mortgage: We paid rent,we were charged large fees at these title companies,broker fees, the docs were not notarized,not signed, the homes were over appraised so everyone could get their pay offs and now we are lucky?? Not only was rent paid,the cash out was kept by Demarco,real estate investors.

I am asking if there is any attorney who is an expert in this kind of fraud? I do not understand how these straw buyers can file Bankruptcy on a home they never lived in,paid a utility bill,and they also along with everyone else received funds on these homes that they" pretended to live in" .
Isn't this all fraud?? Are we being shoved aside because we are" lucky"? 
Or is it that because we are poor and don't have good jobs right now? We were still defrauded out of equity,over charged on closing fees, and no one signed off on the documents.

Our civil cases are going to mediation, and than the banks are free to do "their thing" ,where does this leave us? We have to find brokers or have money for a down payment.
This is not Justice, this is so unfair. Where is justice for us? We went to Title comapnies with loan officers,there were notaries not notarizing documents!!

I read that There was a government initiated progaram Hamp ,that banks were given millions of dollars to help "underwater homeowners" we are not underwater homeowners but our homes were defrauded by individuals who lied and received money from our homes and tahn we paid rent on these homes.
Don't forget we put the downpayments and paid mortgages for awhile before these starw buyers came along,we did not know what was being done,we were bought to title companies some owned by attorneys.

So I am asking is there any advocate out there who can help us?? Yes, we  were in foreclosure but we paid rent,closing fees and than a bunch of investors along with Anthony DeMarco kept everything,
This is not Justice for all: Justice  for the banks,justice for the investors, and than all the broker fees and rent,and the homes were over apprasied.
Where is justice for us: What about some kind of program for us: we were robbed of so much,so many of us paid rents of 3000 and more, than  all the equity was stripped.

You would think in a crime like this we could get a bit of help? All those straw buyers who were paid for signing off on inflated loans,all those documents not signed.
Who is there for us ??

This is truly a disgrace; Hopefully there will be some "use to be homeowners" who may not get rejected, I am asking once again for anyone who can help us. Is it really fair that all this fraud was committed and noone has to pay.

Why do we have to lose?? Can't someone give us a helping hand to get back waht was ours??
For all the mean,hearless investors: I don't know how any of you sleep,you took money,some of you took loans than you went and filed Bankruptcy or foreclosure.

You have made our lives miserable making us lose homes taht we worked for and put downpayments on.I don't sleep, I am sure I am not alone. I worked 30 years at Verizon, and this is what I have of my dream a straw buyer destroying my dream.

There were 120 individuals scammed by DeMarco,Rei and not only did DeMarco and his "cohorts" steal our homes he also kept the cashout,collected rent and sold the properties for the appraisal value,the amount owed on my home was 172,00 it was sold for 365,000 and DeMarco kept 150,000 and collected rent of 2900: Demarco gave me a cash out of 17,000 and advised there was a reserve account set for emergencies and I would get an additional wire for for 34,000 in a few days.

I called DeMarco asking for the 34,000 and was told it was in the mail, a few days later Eric a manager at DeMarco advised DeMarco  could not give the 34,000 because the loan officer demanded a higher commission than expected: The 2900 was very high but Eric assured me to pay the rent and I could use my reserves,I mentioned to Eric I was only working part time and he advised I should look for full time work.

After paying 2900 for six months,I inquired about the reserves and I was advised they were being set aside for a down payment. At this point I contacted the FBI, the Attorney General and was advised not to pay the 2900 and to send all my documents to the Fbi.

This was in June of 2008. I called the FBI 2 weeks later and was advised there was not enough money involved but they were pursuing the case. The months went by and Anthony DeMarco was sending late notices asking for late fees in excess of 1000 dollars and he tried to evict me.

There were more Ripoff Reports being posted and my lawyer had sent Anthony DeMarco a summons,however the 17,000 cash that DeMarco gave me was gone do the math. I never would have paid Demarco the 2900 if I knew he was not going to let me use the reserves.
This is redundant but the closing documents from the title company state I was given 150,000 and this is false which makes the docs fraud.

If I did not give Demarco back the cash out he gave me I could have saved that money towards a mortgage instead not only did DeMarco get 150,000 from the sale he also got almost all the cash back in rent.

An individual commented how lucky we are,we are not paying rent and we were in Foreclosure to begin with and we probably are doing nothing to improve our lives: I am working now part time and worked 30 years at Verizon. I took a buy out with all intentions of starting a business,unfortunately 2 of my brothers passed away and my mother became vey ill, I had to put that business aside and helped my family, I used a lot of money from my savings to help pay funeral expenses and of course my mortgage,before I knew it the money was dwindling away.

These circumstances led to the foreclosure on the home. I am furthering my education and though I am older now I am getting very good grades,furhermore I am not asking to live for free or looking for a hand out !! I don't belive any of us are for that matter.

Of course we all know that as the months went by there was so much money involved and the FBI called me (Thanks to Ripoff Report) The FBI agent was so helpful and assured me things would be allright.

DeMarco was finally caught in 2010,the homes involved have a temporary injunction however Ocwen has informed me no resolution or assumption of mortgage can be offered.
I was advsied to find a broker, A broker cannot help me I need a bailout loan which I would pay back.
For the individual who commented that  what are we doing over this time span I am back in school so i will never be scammed again,I pray someone can help us; I am awareof the banks point of view,but we were screwed 2x's by DeMarco and in all fairness we could use some help.

I am asking for a loan that I will pay back,I paid Mr. DeMarco 2900 a month rent and he kept the proceeds , I will definitely pay back the loan,I paid a crook. My credit report is improving and I am hoping to get a full time job.

My mom passed away in 2009 so now I can go with my life and hope my schooling pays off.
We are aware  we were in foreclsoure to begin with but this was not suppose to happen and none of us  of are proud or happy about the position we are in.

It is not fair to pass judgement on us,one never knows what tragedies or obstacles they will incur in life. I am certainly not proud of my ignorance, I hope I can live life normally ,pay a mortgage and be whole once again.

As 2010 comes to a close many of us have so much to be thankful for:Ed Magedson an exceptional consumer advocate and his staff along with the graet work of the Fbi and U.S.Attorney stopped a Corrupt Scam which affected Foreclosure victims,Employees and investors.

Though it is not over all of us are grateful to the FBI,The Postal inspectors and all involved who stopped this crime.The scam has left behind so many hardships and now we have to hope there will be justice for all involved.

For the banks and mortgage companies involved I am hoping they can come together and come to a solution that will not put the foreclosure victims in the street,all of the homes involved were robbed of Equity and large rents were collected by Anthony Demarco.

Kim and David paid 3400 a month this was rent,than Demarco and the Slugs stole the equity.I paid 2900 a month rent.

For all the Banks &,Mortgage companies we have all the documents from the corrupt Tile companies,we can provide you with any documentation needed.Plese try and help us save these homes.

We are very greatful that this scam was stopped but a horrible crime was committed which has harmed all involved.I am sure that 31 million dollars was shared among the corrupt investors and only our creator knows of their location.

I do not understand ,there are other employees involved who went along with the scam,Eric Havkin for one,and Buzz and Tripper and than the Garden State land & Title company . A Title company was mentioned in the article but not Garden State ,strange isn't it that Garden State has chnged their name to Land Transfer???

I cannot comprehend how 31 million dollars has just disappeared ,where did all that money go? Demarco most likely paid the corrupt employees off.The honest employees left when they figured out what was going on and they did not get paid.

The articles in the paper say only three people in this fraud ring were caught. What about Jason Woloshin (30) of Cherry Hill, NJ and Matthew Rosenthal (25) of Marlton, NJ? Do these gutless henchmen get away or are they soon to follow?

Now that Anthony Demarco has been caught,what is going to happen next?? The investors aka Straw buyers are all broke.Anthony DEmarco kept all the escrow and he also collected large rents from the forecloure victims,he did not pay his employees so where did all the proceeds go.The only thing mentioned in the news was a Ferrari valued at 242,000 that Demarco purchsed with money he stole from a foreclosure individual trying to buy back his house.

There are other title comapnies involved also,Garden State land & title company of Moorestown new Jersey. The Hud documents in our posssesion are fraudulent and none of us want to lose homes that we paid rent for and Anthony Demarco stole all our equity.

I hope the Government can arrange a loan so we can get back our homes.The strawbuyers may have lost their credit but what is going to happen to us.What about the Garden State land & Title company and Eric Havkin and Buzz AND Jason????

The Obama Plan helps individuals in Foreclosure ,what is needed is a plan to help us get back our homes.The investors may have ruined credit but we will lose our homes that Anthony DeMarco stole from us,Demarco also collected large rents from us and now we look like the bad guys.We need a loan so we can pay these Banks and get back our lives,if there is any legitiamte Government program it is certainly needed for all who were scammed by Demarco.

I am responding to Kim and David of Garwood,Kim:" Demarco and his Slugs told me all the same lies regarding escrow repaired credit and of course the infamous title companies where more fraud took place including forgery acoording to ex-employees who worked for the Chief Slug aka Anthony DeMarco!!!!

A lot more has gone down since Demarco Scammed us,some of his Ex-employees the ones who are honest have writen On Rip-off Report:Anthony has purchased Bentleys,Ferraris and forged documents all with the money from the homes he swindled. The Fbi is involved but I do not know exactly where things stand right now.

I am so very scared,the investor who purchased my home is broke and he has asked me to buy back the property ,since Demarco and his accomplices took my cash out of 130,000 and also charged rent of 2900 ,I am also broke.

There have been lawsuits filed agaianst Demarco Rei,this goes to show that there are lawyers that are willing to represent individuals who were scammed by Demarco.I am hoping there will be a class action lawsuit filed.

The saddest part of this :Who knows where Anthony DeMarco is??? We are left for the kill now,the investors who were swindled by Anthony are in foreclosure now,what is sworse it is not their homes,and though they were swindled they have nothing to lose but we are the ones who may wind up Homeless.

I think the Title comapnies and banks should be bailing us out after all we are talking about millions of dollars ,Demarco Rei purchased over 125 homes. I have had such bad luck all the way around since this scam my mom died ,she had a Brain Stem Stroke,I spoke to another individual scammed by Demarco Angel and her husband only 40 years old had heart surgery.We are experience death,illness,financial turmoil and Anthony Demarco and his Slugs have great cars ,jewelry, lots of homes.

If you are a Bank and or Mortgage company you can see that I am not the only person who wrote their Scam Alert on Rip-Off Report,Kim,David,Valerie,Gina,we are only a handful that are suffering from these criminals.

You can read from the reports Anthony lied and went back on his word to Kim & David,he even Ripped-Off his own employees.I have never been so afraid in my life,I wish the millions of dollars scammed from us all could be found,so we do not become Homeless.

Sry this happend to you guys.  Contact the attorney general quick contact someone on this post or someone quick... this happened to me too a few hundred thousand dollars later and he needs to be stopped  He does not even know who you are. my life has been ruined worse than what it was before all because he did not make good on promises and good in black and white hey look a guy came to lock me out of my house and tear wallpaper of my walls fraud  deciet mob tactics racateering what evr it is it is But he done this to alot of peeps  

This is an addendum to my addendum..... Mr. DeMarco and his company have YET to make good on anything promised.... Promises that were made both at the inception of the agreement, and also at the time I recinded our last "Rip-off Report "at the "suggestion" of Mr. Demarco... I now retract every complimentary statement I have made with regard to this man and his crooked establishment.
We discovered he not only stole OUR money, but also managed to steal from clients on the other end of his business, the people backing the mortgages that Mr. DeMarco claimed to be repairing to help those desparate individuals who sought his assistance and "expertise" to prevent them from losing their homes.
We chose to continue to believe the words of this dishonest man when, after filing our first report, he claimed to be "hard at work" repairing our credit in order to lower our monthly payment and save our home. Mr. DeMarco made us feel so bad for filing the initial report, that we wrote the addendum to keep in his good graces so he would continue to "help" us.... Well, the help never came. Not only has our payment not been lowered, our credit has not been repaired, and we have just received an attorney letter stating that we are in imminent danger of losing the home we have worked so hard to keep for our children.
Please don't fall into the same trap we did by choosing to put your trust and your family's future in the hands of this crook... we have been burned, and would not wish the same on anyone. Please learn from our misfortune.... misfortune brought about by putting our faith in this greedy, dishonest man and his shady company.
Anyone reading this who has been taken by DeMarco, REI, please respond in kind, so maybe together we may prevent this man from destroying the lives of more innocent people.

I have read the report and I am sorry to hear what you went through. I was an employee of that company. There is not a credit repair program that I personally know of. I have never heard of anyone enrolled or who have completed it. There is a huge turnover in staff. When a person is hired they whole heartedly and sincerely want to help the distressed homeowner, once they find out that not only is the home owner lied to but the employees as well. The employees never get paid what they are supposed to on their commission because there is always a "judgement" that has come up. If you start to ask questions then that person is fired for one reason or another. I urge you to do your homework on these companies the same way as if you are going to accept a job from them. Mr. Demarco is a liar and a user....he still owes employees money. There are many legitimate companies that are out there to help the distressed homeowner and take it from someone who has been on the inside....this is not one of them!!

I would like to extend my most sincere apologies and thanks to Mr. Anthony DeMarco and DeMarco, REI. Unbeknownst to me, as I was writing my report, Mr. DeMarco was busy making good on our agreement, AND THEN SOME. I am more than pleased with the outcome of this situation, and did not realize just how much time and effort was being put into this positive outcome.

I thank Mr. DeMarco for continuing to go out of his way to offer his assistance in any way possible to lower our monthly payments, despite my hasty actions in writing my initial report. I have seen the work this man and his company have put in and the sincere interest they have taken in my family's finnancial well being.

I would work with them again, and given the opportunity, would highly recommend them to friends and family. I am grateful for this forum to be able to express my gratitude.
