Easy to sign-up on-line, but cannot cancel on-line. They offer you a "term", which you select thinking you are buying that period of coverage. You are buying life-time coverage with no cancellation and they rebill without notice. Fine print requires you return the paper "membership card", but when you get it you are told "you do not need this card, only your member number" to receive services. The only notice of renewal is the charge on your credit card, but they say you must cancel before they charge your card!
