I paid for a membership and then I did not even recieve a manual or any useful information.  I went to the company's website and checked the box that said "DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW" the membership.  I then started receiving phone calls from the company stating that I could renew my membership at a discount.  I told the company that I did not want to renew the membership.

Then I received my credit card bill and found out the Dental Plans.com had billed my credit card an additional $139.95 for a renewal of my membership which had not expired and which I told them not to automatically renew.  When I contacted them, they tried to claim that I had requested an automatic renewal even though their representative had a record of the call where I told them that I did not want an automatic renewal.  Dental Plans.com is a useless scam service.
