Department of Law and Investigations Kenny Spencer repeatedly calling at work, letting the secretary know how much money I'm supposed to owe Lockhart, Texas

I got another call today at work!  Like I said before the secretary who answers the phone at the school is not allowed to transfer calls to the classroom when school is in session so this guy Officer Jeff thought it would be approiate to share information with the secretarty about how much trouble I am in for oweing $5000 dollars!  which is ridiculous!  The secretary asked for a number and name to call back and he said his name is Jeff Harty, and the secretary said are you sure because you sound like the same person who called her last time but with a different name?! and He quickly changed his name with a hesitation and stuttered that his name is Jeffery.

I first looked up this phone number 512-213-1057 on the internet with phone reverse look up and found that it had no address and just a name Tx Lockhart, I went into a empty classroom and called this Jeffery and when he answered he answered with a hesitation "hello" and I asked who is this? and he said "who is this you called me?!"  and I said NO! you called me and told me to call this number so you tell me who this is? and he stumbled replied slowly....my...name...is...Kenny...ahm...Spencer.  I said really?! and he said really and who is this?  I said GOOD BYE AND HUNG UP.

After work I came home and it was the first time they have called my home, on the caller I.D. it read GCI ISUP- so know that GCI is a cellular service, I answered and it was him Kenny Spencer who first said he was Officer Jeffery Harty!  He asked for me and I told him that he has a wrong number and hung up.  30 seconds later he called again but under AT & T Domestic ID number callin.  I didn't bother to answer, and used my cell phone to call a lawyer for help.

please these people need to be stopped!  Living out here in rural alaska, in a tiny village of 500 people, I thought it was safe from people like that!  BUT NO ONE IS SAFE, PLEASE HELP ME STOP THEM!
