Derma Juvenate Charged my credit card without my permission. Boca Raton Florida

*Consumer Comment: Free sample is not equal to FREE
I ordered a "free sample" skin care product from Derma Juvenate and was charged $4.99 and $3.79 on my credit card, on March 27, 2014. I was subsequently charged on the same card $87.91 and $89.31 on April 14, without my knowledge or permission. Furthermore, no products have been recieved. The "free sample" also does not work. I expect my money refunded by this company.

Deceptive Advertising!

The advertising of this company demonstrates dishonesty in the stealth of its presentation. It is far from obvious that a committment to further purchases has been made following the receipt of the "free sample", as is clear from the number of people with similar complaints regarding this company. With such shoddy business practices this company is in essence, cutting its own throat. As a medical practitioner, I have sent out a mass mailing to warn other consumers of this company. This may well be a hard lesson, but should be memorable...

It seems that you are one of those who listen to advertising but not look closely to the fine print. The "free sample" you got usually comes with "cancellation within a certain time period or you will be charged a full price of another order." Not getting the product is NOT a legitimate reason because you are expected to watch for what you ordered. If it does not come, you have to do something. Simply let the issue go does NOT solve the problem. Now it comes back and bite you on your behind. A hard lesson but should be memorable...
